“Klaudia is extremely knowledgeable and observant. She studies the way your body moves and comes up with exercises tailored for you. I’ve been seeing her as my PT for a couple of months now and I’m always learning something new about exercises and my body. I’ve also seen Klaudia for sports massage where she applies her in depth knowledge of physiology as well as what she’s observed during personal training to work on the muscles that really need it. I would highly recommend her to anyone!”

They have grown in confidence, discipline, and focus, all while thoroughly enjoying each session. The academy provides a supportive and structured environment that fosters both physical and mental strength, helping them develop valuable life skills beyond just karate. The dedication and encouragement from the coaches are truly commendable—they keep the kids engaged, motivated, and constantly striving for their best. Capoeira Nago at Jinga Jinga Academy

    ★★★★★ 5
    Open

“Really good club to learn the art form of Capoeira in a safe controlled environment. Club members are friendly and eager to help out. Coming from a different capoeira school I felt quite at home. Equal attention is given to teaching the music and culture connected to Capoeira. There are outdoor training sessions during summer. Sereia is a really great coach/teacher with a high level of mental and physical energy which is very contagious. Her classes are very accommodating to beginners and are structured for all levels. Her training methods are very organised and you’ll find your fitness level improving and progression at your game very quickly. Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are a cartwheel away from Royal Oak station with ample parking around it. Friday class is at a great location across from Paddington station, plenty of pubs and restaurants for Friday evenings after training drinks and meals. Would highly recommend joining and training on a regular basis or just stopping by for a trial class to see it for yourself.”

“I’ve been training at Team Shark Martial Arts Academy, and it’s been an incredible experience. The coaches are highly skilled, passionate, motivational, and dedicated to helping students improve, whether you're a complete beginner or an experienced fighter. The classes are well-structured, combining technique, conditioning, and real fight application. Muay Thai, Muay Boran, and Kickboxing are taught with deep knowledge and respect for tradition while also being adapted for modern training. The atmosphere is welcoming and supportive. As a complete beginner, I was initially hesitant and a bit confused, but from day one, both the coach and students at all levels made me feel welcome. They took the time to explain best practices and even shared their own experiences from when they started the same journey. With their support, I’m already feeling more confident and starting to see real improvements. This is truly a great place to train, whether you're looking to improve fitness, learn self-defense, or compete. If you’re looking for high-quality martial arts training in a friendly and motivating environment, I highly recommend Team Shark Martial Arts Academy!”

Daniel is a really well rounded and very accomplished martial artist and person, training with him has helped me to achieve a better version of myself. At the club you can learn different things from Taekwondo, self-defence or join the circuit sessions. Shakira is the club manager/CEO, she knows how to make everything work at the club and she really understands people. The Ealing Pole Studio

“I just completed the 4 week beginner course at Ealing Pole Studio, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience! This was my first time trying pole dancing, and I was honestly a bit intimidated at first. However, Alex, our instructor, was absolutely amazing. She was attentive, calm, and incredibly persistent in helping me and the other students master the moves. What stood out the most was how invested she was in our success not just in getting the moves right, but in teaching us the technique behind them. Her focus on building a solid understanding of each move made a huge difference in my progress. I’ve already been surprised by how much I’ve achieved in just four weeks. If you’re considering starting your pole dancing journey, I highly recommend this course. I’m excited to start the improvers class to see what else is possible!”
