On the York Road side of the building is another entrance where they do eye tests and other physio. I went here for an eye test, took about 25 minutes it was nice and quick, it wasn't busy in there.”

We started a full ground floor renovation and the kitchen was integral in our design but we were at a loss, that is until we ventured into Wren in Hayes and were introduced to a great chap by the name of Amardeep. Our budget was set and we had an idea of what we wanted but weren’t sure how to bring the idea to life but thanks to spending time and a number visits back and forth with Amardeep. We’d increased and stretched our budget but with every change we made Amardeep came back with a resolution with 3D rendering designs down to the mm. Things we hadn’t thought about but with his vast knowledge of kitchens and designs it wasn’t an issue. He exceeded our expectations and gave us a kitchen that has proved to work flawlessly in our day to day life. Even the after sales support was on point. So not sure if you’ll read this but thank you Amardeep!!”

“I've used Hatch End Cars on and off for over 7years for airport trips. Some for business and some for family holidays. For my most recent family holiday (4 adults +3 children +luggage 7 pcs) we had booked a large merc Vito. It was comfortable clean and our driver was very helpful and accommodating. The car arrived on time and got to the airport on time and stress free. Booking a few days in advance and having the WhatsApp confirmation and communication makes HEC very reassuring. Our return was booked at the same time and when we arrived at the airport the immigration queues were horrendous over 1hr waits. I simply replied via their WhatsApp message confirmation to inform HEC and within minutes the driver called to reassure me that he is around the corner and will wait for my call before entering the airport parking. Smooth, easy, reliable and great communication is what you need after a long flight and airport immigration chaos. 100% recommend Hatch end cars. I will never go elsewhere. Another group of out same family did not book HEC- cancelled booking at short notice and didn't even turn up for pick up as they got the date wrong even after calling to confirm the day before. Go with HEC you will not be let down.”

The nursery stimulate her with a range of activities and she particularly enjoys messy activities and the sport coaches that come in on a weekly basis. The nursery holds events for parents / family members to attend e.g. an afternoon to celebrate grandparents which gives a really personal feel. I can not fault the staff - the ladies who look after her are caring and work really hard to create an engaging, fun environment for the children and truly care about them and their needs. They have taken the time to really get to know my child- her personality, likes, dislikes etc. Management have a clear vision for the nursery to further improve it and I have no doubt that they will. They take time and effort to gather parent views and are passionate about making the nursery the best it can be.”
