“We had a great experience, and although I was nervous, both ladies were very friendly and professional and explained the entire process to ease my nerves. All the matting on my cat was removed and my cat was very happy and looked very freshly groomed. They even gave a little goody bad with some treats and a little toy and comb for my cat which was so considerate and thoughtful. My cat also smells really nice now after the groom. “The staff and owner are friendly, professional and very skilled at what they do. The shop is very clean and my 8 year old son and I have been going here for the last 3 years. There are a few barber shops within a few minutes of this place and although a bit cheaper, I do prefer this over them. Weekends may get busy but most I had to wait was around 15 minutes, normally much sooner. There are always 2-3 staff onsite and provide a fast and efficient service. Very good and friendly with kids too, even offer them a free lolly after the haircut which my son always likes. Free parking for 30 mins on the road. Payment is by cash only, there is a cash machine nearby.”
