There are several reasons for this but the main one is Stuart who's an absolute paradigm of everything customer service should be. He's friendly, helpful and always available if there are any problems. “Who knew? The other half forgot their power cable for their laptop. They've gone to Gran Canaria for 2 weeks. The first week is a holiday. The second he is working remotely. I got to pop into my local Robert Dyas, minutes from my flat, and in just over 2 days DHL had delivered it to his apartment in the Canaries, which is amazing. They even provided a box for transport.”

“I went to the DHL service point at Rymans in Walthamstow to get some . documents couriered abroad. This was the first ever time I have had any documents sent by courier rather than by post. The Ryman staff member who served me was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable during the whole process.
