“I've just returned home after a first visit to Colours. What can I say, From the minute I nervously walked through the doors I was greeted with a warm welcome, and smiling faces. I was booked in for a wash, cut and blow dry. As soon as I sat in the chair for the wash, I was put at ease, very warm chatty Ladies. Kirsty had the task of cutting my hair, I showed her a photo of how I usually have it, and said to her to do as she feels. What an amazingly talented Lady, she listened to me, and talked me through every step. I walked out of there, after booking for 4 weeks time and after saying I could hug her! feeling a million times better, with a short, choppy hairstyle that I can't stop looking at in the mirror. I was recommended to this salon by a dear friend (Lyn with the pugs lol) as she is known. And can't wait to show my work colleagues and friends, the new me. Thankyou Ladies, you are all amazing. “I normally don't right a review but after reading 2 reviews, one is on racism bcoz one of the new worker asking for and ID for picking up a parcel and 2nd for bulling I totally disagree, I have been going ther for 10 years now and regardless who is in the shop I never had a bully experience and always get pleasure experience, going to ID check this is process when picking up your parcel you have to provide your ID am sure this person wouldn't mind showing their ID if they have to pick up their parcel in post office.”

“It was a delight to eat at Alex's Place. We loved every bit of it and the staff were so warm and welcoming. The food was GREAT and so much that my spouse and I could not finish it so we took it home. We ordered a platter and we tried a couple of other dishes on the menu. LOVED LOVED LOVED IT!!!!”

“1. Nice peaceful place to be if you want to spend quality time, but money was taken twice in my account trying to call to understand why never anyone answered no good service. I could have given 5 stars but they missed the chance 2. My second feedback I change my feed back from 3 to 5 stars as I mentioned above I liked the place, I went back again to find out why my money was taken twice. This nice and beautiful waitress came up to me saying I left behind my cards and driving licence, she run after me but not see me anywhere, the only way to attract my attention was to tap a £5 pounds bill. Long story short, they gave me my £5 back and my cards, we spend a very time talking with my family there and my little one loved the cake. Thank you Bruce for your kind gesture and service and apologise for misunderstanding you. As I said to your Boss change the contact number and make someone available to answer. “22/09/22 Discovered this Afro Hair hairdressers randomly this morning. I requested an appointment via WhatsApp and I got responded to straight away. Victoria is a multi-skilled Hairdresser from Nigeria doing every kind of hairstyle you can think of. Today Victoria achieved my cornrow extensions perfectly (not too tight at all). Victoria finished my hair off by setting it with hot water, olive oil sheen spray and even styling my edges with the best gel ever (Eco Styler). Thank you so much ⭐️ Victoria ⭐️”

“Fantastic local pub that understands its modern clients and loyal Newham past. Love the traditional East End decor that feels home to proper geezers and modern students alike. The dartboard, mix of retro furniture, mosaic & wooden flooring is somewhere I'm definitely coming back too. My darts are accurately inaccurate. The warmth of this part of earthy London is still alive. The fact it sells rich home-made mulled wine next to Guiness, inch's cider and Pravha says a lot. Events space on offer too.”
