Sherry was incredibly helpful and patient—he clearly explained the difference between a UK adapter and a universal plug, which really helped me understand what they needed. What I really appreciated was that he didn’t pressure me into making a purchase. Even though I ended up not buying anything (my friend decided to get it locally where they live), Sherry still took the time to offer great customer service, clear advice, and even spoke in the language to my friend over the phone and they understood. Excellent service, professional, and kind—thank you again.”

Also, I had an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage by Stefan which really really helped my back pain with lasting effects! Really amazing technique! I have yet to try other services at Uban but I can definitely commend the haircuts and massages here especially for the price!!”

“Ordered 3 crispy tacos, literally filled to the top with filling, really tasty and I was full after eating two! Two big tubs of sour cream and guac too. Only criticism is maybe they could give more tortilla chips with the meals. Overall really tasty and filling, would highly recommend”

Although I was not convinced at first, she suggested to do it her way and if I did not like it she agreed to cut it again in few days at no extra cost. There was no need... “I have been going to see Freddy my barber for 7 years now. The only time anyone else has cut my hair is been when Freddy is on holiday or I have been on holiday. Once u find a good barber u stick with them. When I sit in that chair I feel completely relaxed because I know am in good hands and Freddy knows exactly what I want so he starts to cut and I start the conversation our usual catch up or small talk. In life in my opinion u need a good Doctor, Dentist, Mechanic and Barber than you are all set. I have all 4 thank god and won't change them unless I am forced to. Freddy see you and Mikel soon.”
