“I absolutely love khussas/juttis but always struggled to find them in my size. Pakistanis just don't cater for sizes 7 and up. Came across Be Dazzled on Instagram and noticed they stocked size 8s! The quality of the juttis is really good and they are comfortable to wear. This mother-daughter duo are so warm and friendly and even welcomed me into their home to try on the juttis. “I've used 'The Barbers Den' since 1991 and rarely go elsewhere. I always request Andy who works thurs/fri/sat as he's done my hair for all those years from my mullet to a mohawk, to a Flat top and now something a little less severe. He's always kind, polite and approachable and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is pleased with the cut. He and the team were great when we had to get my autistic son used to a barbers chair; and now, 12 years later haircuts are not an issue. Within 4 visits my son was comfortable with Andy and also holds conversations with him. The pricing is what I would expect for haircuts these days and I have no reason to be looking elsewhere.”

“The staff on the Pharmacy section, all three of them, offered brilliant customer service this morning. I have recently moved into the area and there had been a lot of confusion and misunderstanding when I was trying to establish repeat prescriptions via a new GP. I was quite upset when told this morning that there was no record of me at Boots Pharmacy. But instead of just dismissing me with a "next!" I was questioned about what had happened thus far and they took the time and trouble to resolve everything. A level of customer service that you rarely encounter these days which left me impressed and reassured. Thank you.”

“A late review considering I've been entrusting Brian and his family with my cat for a few years now. But I just wanted to say that Banstead are brilliant - Brian kindly collects and returns my cat at all hours of the day which is so helpful as I don't have a car and am usually rushed off my feet trying to get organised to travel. I leave him several times a year with Brian and he always comes back happy, relaxed, groomed and well fed. So thank you for providing a flexible and caring service that gives me peace of mind. In fact, sometimes I wonder if he prefers it there.....!”
