“Recently visited this place for dinner and I would say it I one of the best burger spots in Hounslow. Friendly staff and great ambiance. They have a variety of items on the menu but we went for the Peri Peri Chicken Deluxe Burger, The Big Mama Chicken burger and some Chicken Fries. Must say that I was blown away by the flavours. The chicken was juicy and flavours were great. The portion sizes are huge so it’s a great value for money as well. All the dishes were really impressive and it will definitely gonna be a regular spot for me.”

“Came for the fish and chips and was not disappointed. Probably the best fish and chips in T5, even as early as 8.00am in the morning. The market place payment concept also works great as you can linger a long time while adding to your order. Works for a long transit wait. Better than the commercial lounge.”

“Great store, very friendly and helpful staff. The assortment is quite wide, despite the fact that the store is not very large (this is the only one little minus, I wish you to expand the area). Most of the goods in the store are not sold in traditional supermarkets. As far as I understand, these are goods from the countries: Latvia, Lithuania, Russia, Ukraine, Poland, Bulgaria and others (or similar). There are more than 10 types of dumplings (I bought one for testing, they are excellent, I will buy now), Buckwheat porridge, which also has seven types (by the way, you can’t find it in local supermarkets, even in hypermarkets, although this is one of the best cereals), meat products, sausages products, several types of cottage cheese, cakes (medovik and others), various honey, marshmallows, dryers, excellent unfiltered beer on tap and other options for alcoholic beverages and much more. Thank you, I sincerely recommend. It is a pity that I do not live nearby, so I would come more often.”

“The food was delicious and flavourful. Had the chilli chicken, chicken Manchurian, chilli garlic chicken noodles and schezuan fried rice. The chicken was soft and reminded me of the indo-Chinese food I had in India! The chilli garlic noodles were the best! If you have a craving for indo-Chinese food, I’d pick this without a doubt! Also forgot to add that the portions were big! Love it!”

“A truly warm and welcoming atmosphere. We love Pakistani cuisine, and this meal was absolutely delicious, real finger-licking goodness. It has an open kitchen and the meals were prepared freshly prepared to order! The staff were extremely friendly and even guided us on what to order so we could enjoy a great experience while saving money. We chose the mixed grill, but the portions were far more generous than we expected! We ate to our hearts’ content and still had plenty left over, for which the staff kindly provided containers to take home. The mint soda was also amazing. We were offered complimentary green tea, served with both jaggery and sugar, such a memorable touch. We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance while travelling from Heathrow Airport back to our home in Wales, and we’re so glad we did. We’ll definitely be visiting again, it’s truly worth the long drive!”

“I will never forget the first time I ate the kebab pizza from here 6-7 years ago. Words cannot describe it. Genuinely the best pizza I’ve ever had in my whole life. The gentleman who served me used to own the place, I think. He was a Turkish man and was very friendly. The small pizzas used to be £6. Shockingly cheap price even for 2017 days. I have fond memories of going after long school days to pick up the pizza, especially on cold evenings. Absolute perfection. Have not been back in years but the last time I was there, the owner had changed and the pizza was never the same again.”

“Perfect Little Supermarket in London Heathrow Terminal 3 This is a great little supermarket tucked in LHR terminal 3. It has everything from fresh fruit to packaged sandwiches to milk to ready made dinners. Fantastic place to pick up all you could want after a flight. The only thing it doesn't have is raw meats, and who really needs those after a long haul flight. Always spotlessly clean with friendly helpful staff. Would totally recommend.”

“I did my shopping last night (10th September around 9:20 pm) and was assisted by a lady at the self-service kiosk. She was wearing glasses and had a brown tone, and although I didn’t catch her name, she was absolutely fantastic. She was polite, very helpful, and provided excellent customer service. We asked her to replace our old Iceland bag with a new one, and she assisted us quickly and kindly. Really impressed with the support and professionalism — thank you”

From fresh curry leaves, jackfruit, banana chips, Kerala-style pickles, to different types of rice and masalas, everything you would expect to find in a local store back in Kerala is right here under one roof. What stood out the most to me was the homely atmosphere. As soon as I walked in, I felt a sense of familiarity and warmth. The staff were friendly and the whole place gave off that welcoming, local-store vibe that reminded me of home. I used to live in Warwick, where it’s really hard to find authentic South Indian groceries, especially Kerala-specific items. Coming here felt like a breath of fresh air. I didn’t have to compromise or substitute ingredients—I found exactly what I was looking for. Highly recommend this place to anyone craving a true Kerala shopping experience in the UK. “I have to say I was generally impressed with my few pizzas I had from here while visiting from the US recently. I used their collection special which was 12.99 for a x-large pizza; for the price it's hard to beat, flavors were pretty good, good size pizza and was ready very quick. It's actually better than the pizza I get in my local area in the States (and cheaper!).”

We got the chicken lollipop and butter chicken, and both dishes were incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. We’ve also dined in before, and the experience was just as great. “I go to Quality Foods quite often for groceries; it's my go-to for South Asian spices and fresh produce. Some of the fruits and vegetables are excellent and reasonably priced. However, I have noticed cleanliness could be better, especially later in the evening. Staff are mostly polite, but occasionally seem overwhelmed. The store’s variety is wonderful though — hard to beat for specialty items. I keep returning because it’s quite convenient too.”
