“This is an excellent garage. My son in law had an issue with his car after driving down from Bedford. Didn’t know exactly what it was as there were no warning lights but he couldn’t get over about 30mph. They worked really hard figuring out the problem but eventually solved it, replaced the necessary parts and test drove it. All at a very reasonable price and taking time to explain and show to my son in law what they had needed to do. Good, old fashioned service.”

“Prior to their closure, I took my cars to a trusted garage. Since that point, I had been on the hunt for another trusted garage (which I believe can be difficult at times). But thankfully I came across DRA. From making an initial enquire via email (promptly answered), receiving a quote for the work needed, receiving an update on when the work was complete to making payment and collecting my cars (2 cars have been taken here so far at different points), I would find it a struggle to go somewhere else. As of recently, they were very very understanding regarding a payment issue, which can be stressful for both sides the customer and garage, but they were understanding and not aggressive in any manner. If you're looking for a garage that is honest, reasonably priced and professional, you've found it.”

They explain everything clearly (I know very little about cars), answer my questions and keep me updated. The prices are extremely reasonable and work completed to a high standard. They have a massive array of parts in stock (and knowledge of) and what they don't have they can soon get very quickly. Prices are competitive too. Above all, Mick, Richard and Pete are all excellent at being able to do about 5 things at once whilst still managing to keep up a very high level of service - they consistently go out of their way to get the job done for us and it is very much appreciated. “Very good service at a reasonable price. They helped me understand what was wrong with the car and kept me regularly updated with the different things that needed to happen to fix it. They don’t charge any hidden extras. Best of all is that their mot and servicing include full car outside wash and dry which gave such a nice feeling of real servicing the car. It was unexpected and felt really nice when you see washed car after servicing. I really recommend them.”

“Zaa my man, absolutely top class customer service. Speedy repair and went the extra mile with all the services. Although a curb mark seems to have appeared since I dropped off my car but since I didn't take photos beforehand I wasn't 100% sure if Zaa was the one who caused it yet he went out of his way to fix it for free and took my word for it which I greatly appreciate since I was only 95% sure I never curbed my right hand side wheels.
