“Just had the loveliest experience here and had to share.. Eating out with a little one can be a bit nerve wracking and we've sometimes been made to feel like a real inconvenience...not here! The staff were fantastic with my little girl and so friendly and welcoming. My little one devoured the cracker kindly offered to her (she refused the food I brought with me!) The lady even wiped her hands and played with her, giving me the chance to enjoy the siracha eggs I'd ordered (which were delicious by the way). Wish I'd visited here sooner but certainly gave me the confidence to come back again. Thank you”

“The best fish and chips in Upminster. A long-standing family-run business that has been on the highstreet for as long as I can remember. The food is always made fresh, and the taste is not bettered in Upminster. There is also a restaurant should you wish to dine in, I'd recommend booking as seating is a little limited.”

“I visited the Jobbers rest for the first time yesterday and was blown away with the quality of the food. I can probably say that was the best roast dinner I’ve had from anywhere. I had the beef which just melted in your mouth the roast potatoes were crispy and cauliflower cheese was included in the dinner. I also thought it was great value for money for what I received. They had a wide variety of drinks the wine I had was delicious. The waiting staff were good. On the whole a really pleasant experience and would definitely recommend.”

“I have just changed my dog’s vets to ivy lodge. Amazing staff. My dog is extremely nervous and often fear aggressive. They took time in getting to know her and made her so comfortable to the point she was even wagging her tail. We have had numerous issues with her and her first visit feels like we got further than any other place we have been too! Couldn’t find a fault at all”

“I have the worst phobia of dentists, have done since I was young, to the point where I would have panic attacks. But since discovering sunny smiles my phobia is no more. I used to get terribly anxiety before an appointment but not anymore doesn’t phase me what so ever, and this is due to Anita. Who is easily one of the best in her field. Non judgmental, kind, compassionate caring, as are all the nurses too. Really can’t rate this place high enough.”

“I must say we had the best cod and chips from here tonight. Wasn't sure initially thought it was more of a kebab outlet. But pleasantly surprised. Even our usually fussy cat couldn't leave it alone. 10/10”

“Popped in here for lunch with my friend and her baby last week and would highly recommend a visit. There were a steady stream of people coming in for icecream and the servers were very sweet despite being busy. The food menu is pretty extensive (jacket potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, full English and more) and they're really flexible so you can easily tweak and swap out items. We had a strawberry milkshake each (delish!! And they even gave us a small third glass because it made too much for 2 cups and otherwise it'd go to waste - never had that anywhere ever they normally jus put it down the sink), a crayfish sandwich and pesto panini both with Crisps and salad. Food was great and then the icecream after was fab, tasted a few flavours then picked one and only £2 a scoop! They also only use the posh biscuit cones and spinkles and sauce are inc. In the price :) seating available inside and out, fully licensed and with a wide range of cocktails and spirits and open till 8pm on some days!”

“It was Our first visit tonight, the atmosphere was lovely with an amazing live singer. The food was so good we had 3 courses ! And Sonia our waitress was happy, friendly and helpful. We will definitely be returning there again soon. Can highly recommend”
