“Had an absolutely fantastic meal here this evening. Food was delicious, perfectly cooked and nicely presented. The service was second to none and we felt truly at home despite it being our first visit (of many, no doubt!). We were especially impressed with how friendly and welcoming the staff were and our 18 month old absolutely loved it there. Our waiter went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed! “Absolutely lovely hospitality and service. From the food to the gentleman behind the order. Everything was tip top. Delicious Turkish cuisine for a very very reasonable price. It's one of those restaurants where you think "what should I order next time", not "will I order next time". Food was very homely and delivery was really quick. Most local restaurants I will always have a little issue as something might be missing or not cooked right. This has been the only place in a very long time where everything was delicately checked, cooked and prepped to an exceptional standard. If I could I would give this place 10* Very impressed.”

“Staff were very helpful. We had turned up and the place was full due to a large group. We asked them to give us a call when space freed up while we explored the area. They called me and gave us a nice table away from the door. They were patient while we chose from the menu. Food was prepared quickly and everything tasted great. Family enjoyed the experience. “Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

The meat was juicy. The bread that was wrapping the meat was fluffy and was seasoned. So tasty j could have eaten the bread on its own. “Wonderful. That probably doesn't do it justice. The location is idyllic. The house is gorgeous and the restaurant is beautifully decorated. We sat outside as it was a lovely day with a spectacular view across the valley. We went for the set menu. It's not cheap but actually it's not unreasonable for the quantity and quality of the food. A few surprises (ants - deliberately - on the sushi) which were utterly delicious. We had different choices and every one of them was fantastic. Service was brilliant - friendly and informative - and the whole experience was unrushed, relaxed and sublime. Couldn't have had a better celebration of our anniversary. I also can't reccommend it enough.”
