It came as quite a shock to may daughter at the difference, the hairdresser was absolutely brilliant in re-assuring her it looked lovely. My daughter is already getting used to her new look only an hour later and smiling. There was no charge for this cut, refused a tip and insisted I put that towards the charity too! Without me even asking, she prepared a relaxing hair wash with a massage chair and footrest. I absolutely loved it! She completely turned my day around. Alexandra also told me about upcoming sales which was really helpful. I left feeling refreshed and happy with my hair wash, cut, and blow dry. Excellent service at a very affordable price.”
