“Been using this barbers since my eldest child was 1 and a half (now nearly 13) and was terrified due to terrible experience else were, went to gents and never looked back they where/are amazing with him, as well as my other son who is 10 but has been going there since day dot. both my boys refuse to go else where and in all the years have never ever had a bad experience. Excellent hair cuts, amazing friendly staff so welcoming my 10 year old also is a SEN child and they have been nothing but brilliant. I would and still do recommend them to absolutely everyone!”

This may seem like a small thing, but it's super important to me. So many barbers I go to do not listen to me fully when I give them instructions. The quality of work was perfect. Very highly skilled barber, and also very careful. No scratching with the razor as some barbers do. Value was brilliant. £8 for a beard trim. Very good value in my experience, especially for a skilled barber. I have no negative comments. The only suggestion I would make is that I wasn't offered the hot towel service and face wash etc. I didn't mind, because I was in a rush, but, it would have been nice to be offered. It is only a little more expensive, but probably well worth the money. Keep up the good work, and keep listening to your customers.”

As someone who hates haircuts they do a brilliant job of talking to you and making you feel comfortable. Along with their brilliant customer service, the actual haircuts are very good. I have been to many barbers where they offer only a few options (short, medium, long etc) however at Gents offer a great variety of styles as well as different lengths, and talk you through what they are doing as they do it. I highly recommend if you want a high quality haircut and a good chat.”
