“I came to see Dr Chakravorty at the end of December. Not knowing what to expect and being somewhat daunted by the appointment I was instantly put at ease by Dr Chakravorty, who was calm and warm and so kind. Sometimes I think we go to appointments and think it might be silly to do so but I was made to feel reassured that I wasn't wasting anyone's time and that I was absolutely doing the right thing to do. Dr Chakravorty and his lovely colleague, who's name regrettably I have forgotten, were so kind and explained all the different processes of the appointment clearly.
