“A last minute booking to take my father out for lunch. I hadn’t been here before , and my father had mixed reviews but I thought the menu looked good. I dont know why it would have mixed reviews, the staff and food were faultless. We were welcomed warmly and seated comfortably by the window. We were attended to quickly through our visit, but never rushed. Between 3 of us we had Bruschetta, Calamari and Gamberoni to start. Followed by Pesce Spada alla Sicilian (2), and Spiedini di Pesce and finished with a cheesecake , affogato and an Espresso. My favourite dishes were the Gamberoni which was a generous portion of prawns bathing in a garlicky butter and spinach sauce, and Pesce Spada , a large piece of swordfish smothered in a rich tomato, olive and caper berry sauce with a fresh and zesty side salad. “I have been coming to this dentist probably over 10years and i have always had brilliant care. The receptionists are really friendly and happy to help and the dentists are very caring and make you feel as comfortable as they can. I used to come when it was NHS and when they turnt private i decided to join the membership and pay the private fees because they are 1 of the best dentists I've been to and i wouldn't want to change my dentist now. I had quite a few bad experiences before coming to this one. This one is very understanding if you have illnesses and always listen to what you want.”

“I've used 'The Barbers Den' since 1991 and rarely go elsewhere. I always request Andy who works thurs/fri/sat as he's done my hair for all those years from my mullet to a mohawk, to a Flat top and now something a little less severe. He's always kind, polite and approachable and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is pleased with the cut. He and the team were great when we had to get my autistic son used to a barbers chair; and now, 12 years later haircuts are not an issue. Within 4 visits my son was comfortable with Andy and also holds conversations with him. The pricing is what I would expect for haircuts these days and I have no reason to be looking elsewhere.”

Even though it seemed quite busy, my order was ready precisely when they said it would be, and the staff member at the counter I believe her name was Pooja, she was incredibly helpful was cheerful and ensured everything was correct.
