Then in-store, he had the range of products ready for me to view and actually recognised me from the door!! He was very detailed in explanations also, helped in explaining how the leathers age over time and overall just very helpful in his interactions with me. “This wonderful lady (Jemma) is a master of her craft, I was cured in a matter of weeks, I suffered for over 20 years with severe claustrophobia to the point of having daily panic attacks just at the thought of going on holiday and being locked in a plane for any length of time, it had literally taken over my life. Therapy is not something I believed in but was willing to try anything! I was a nervous wreck as i turned up at the therapy centre and within seconds Jemma put me at ease.
