I approached Cullens of Surrey to auction my late husband's treasured model bus collection. From the outset, the service I received was outstanding. I dealt primarily with Derrick over email, who was incredibly professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He guided me through the whole process and arranged for the collection of the items. The driver who came to collect the collection was also professional, punctual, and friendly, and everything went very smoothly. Derrick kept me informed every step of the way, which I really appreciated. The collection was thoughtfully split across three auction sales, and the first one has now been completed—every item in that sale was sold. I am so pleased with the overall experience and grateful for how sensitively and efficiently the whole process was handled. Food is great, with a free bombay potato dish with orders over a certain amount. My own personal favourite being lamb nagga with sag also and mushroom rice. “A hidden gem in Wallington, food is so tasty that I can eat it everyday! Their Singapore fried rice variants are all so tasty and salt and pepper chicken is over the moon. It’s would have been good if they have accepted the card payments, but nevermind, taste of the food compensates for that.”
