“I have used this place for Audi puncture tyre today that could not be repaired yesterday here. Joe and the other male staff with dark hair ordered a tyre replacement for me and it arrived on the same day afternoon. They even fitted a slot in for me at 4pm at short notice today. The male who fitted the tyre was also very friendly.It took 30minutes, very speedy!. Over all a friendly and pro bunch.Thank you! I would return for future car issues. Excellent service and highly recommend to others.”

“I've used this branch for ten years or more without issues until recently. After a service, My Mercedes App and the vehicle still showed that service was due. On pickup, the Staff said it would update in 24-48 hours, but it didn't. The Mercedes Me app team told me to return to the dealership for a reset. When I called, I was told I needed to book the car in for the day, which wasn't convenient, as I knew it was only a minor job -and also an error caused by the workshop team. Despite promises to follow up with a call, I never received a response. Eventually, I spoke with Keith, who quickly coordinated the update while I was on the phone—I brought in the car, and he resolved the issue within 10 minutes on the same day. I would like to say that Keith successfully transformed a frustrating experience into an efficient solution-”

“Absolutely brilliant service. I took my car with various problems with front and rear brakes and shock absorbers. The work had to be done same day and I had given very little notice of this. The step by step explanation of work not carried out properly from previous supposed repair work, and the problems were all rectified in a professional manner by them. “I've been here three times. I just get a normal manicure and pedicure (£35). They staff are lovely, so too are the other customers. The place is always busy. Great nail service. I recently got my nails done elsewhere and it was noticeably not as good as here! The polish is put on perfectly and stays for much longer. Good prices for the quality. And they are quick. They know what they're doing and do it well! Now I treat myself more regularly.”

“So, I've always had my car serviced a Kia Bromley, because I'm happy with the service they provide. I'm less happy with how much faff is involved in getting to and from Kia (I'm not that Local). This year I was visited by the friendly and professional Dave Hall, who collected my car and made my whole day stress free. (No really, everything else on the day went off the rails, but zero stress with the car service made the day survivable. I 1000% recommend the Dave Hall option!)”
