“We recently returned from travelling 16 days Armenia Georgia & Azerbaijan with Best of Caucasus travel. All three countries had so much to offer in history; culture; diverse scenery and amazing food. We were lucky that there was just the two of us with guide and driver in each country which made it even more special. All three guides were extremely knowledgeable and passionate about their country; history and culture and were very happy to share their knowledge with us and to make us feel like guests not tourists in their homeland. His explanations are simple, straightforward, and always make sense, allowing me to grasp the concepts quickly. After my sessions with him, I definitely saw improvement in my game. “Really good club to learn the art form of Capoeira in a safe controlled environment. Club members are friendly and eager to help out. Coming from a different capoeira school I felt quite at home. Equal attention is given to teaching the music and culture connected to Capoeira. There are outdoor training sessions during summer. Sereia is a really great coach/teacher with a high level of mental and physical energy which is very contagious. Her classes are very accommodating to beginners and are structured for all levels. Her training methods are very organised and you’ll find your fitness level improving and progression at your game very quickly. Classes on Mondays and Wednesdays are a cartwheel away from Royal Oak station with ample parking around it. Friday class is at a great location across from Paddington station, plenty of pubs and restaurants for Friday evenings after training drinks and meals. Would highly recommend joining and training on a regular basis or just stopping by for a trial class to see it for yourself.”

“Sumeet’s dance academy is a superb place to learn bollywood dance from highly skilled teachers amidst loads of fun! Each term has new songs and new choreography, which keeps the classes very exciting. And the shows at the end of summer and winter terms offer a perfect opportunity for the students to groove on stage and showcase their dance to friends and family!”

“I completed the beginner and advanced classes over the summer and absolutely loved them! Colette and Robin were great at explaining each step of learning and we left feeling inspired watching them dance after their demonstrations! The class was a great size and everyone was very friendly and kind to us. Despite not knowing how to dance, by the end of the course I was shocked at how much I had learnt! They also helped introduce us to places we could keep practicing and dancing in London. It was a lovely part of the week to look forward to and I would absolutely recommend!!”

“Jack provided private lessons to both myself and my wife before our wedding, along with group lessons for both our hen and stag dos. He's an amazing dancer and his passion for dancing and teaching is contagious. Jack made us feel completely comfortable and he helps you learn whether you can dance or have two left feet. The group sessions for our friends were great fun. Jack had even the most seasoned English wallflowers up on their feet. We will both be having further private lessons and we can't recommend Jack highly enough.”

Divina is an amazing teacher, she puts you at ease straight away and her passion for Cuban salsa is so infectious. Anier is also a fantastic teacher and although the workshop was 4 hours long, it flew by because we were having so much fun. I would highly recommend Salsa Divina for anyone thinking about doing a salsa class.”

“The team at Penguins Palace Swimming Company has been absolutely fantastic and very professional. My son's swimming instructor, Aaron, has been exceptional with him. My son attends a group session and I have not been disappointed in any way. The level of attention given to each child, including my son, is outstanding. Aaron ensures that every child receives the necessary attention and focuses on their individual areas of improvement. We are constantly updated and involved through WhatsApp, which I find incredible. Honestly, I have tried other local swimming pools that offer lessons and I was not impressed and saw no progress. However, since my son started here, I have seen a remarkable 100 percent improvement. He can now swim and is no longer afraid of the water, which was our main goal. The environment is very enjoyable and my son is always excited to attend his swimming lessons because of the caring and friendly atmosphere that Penguins Palace provides. Every penny I spend has been well worth it.”

“I am so happy with my breastfeeding pillow! I was really struggling with my baby latching correctly and every time I went to breastfeed I had to create a fort of cushions around me that ultimately would slip away and I ended up holding baby awkwardly and feeling sore. With my new pillow, it takes the weight of baby and leaves me to be able to focus on getting baby in the right position and well latched. I can also relax my body as most of the weight is taken by the pillow. The price of the pillow is very reasonable (especially given how useful it is and how much use I'll get out of it) and being able to support a small local business is always a plus. Can't recommend this product and company enough!”
