“Best Indian food in the SE London. I've been ordering form this place for over 9 years now. It is so good, i drive 40 min to collect it as no longer living in the area. They are really generous with spices and everything is delicious. Chicken Tikka Madras, Paneer Tikka and all the veg side dishes... not forgetting the Peshawar naans. My mouth is watering even just writing this.”

“I took my children for breakfast with Santa today and I must say he was absolutely brilliant! He was so enthusiastic and the interaction was lovely even with the large amounts of children that come in he made time for everyone tivmake sure everyone had a great time, must be the best Santa we’ve seen so far my kids loved it! Also a shout out to his helper elf she was a lovely lady and took loads of pictures for us to capture the memory.. as always a lovely meal and servers were great especially with the rush!”

“Really nice weekend away here. The rooms are nice and spacious. Location is really nice, about 10-15 mins drive to bluewater shopping center & lakeside shopping center - so plenty to do for couples/family. The swimming pool/jacuzzi and sauna was really nice, we enjoyed going down for a swim when it wasn't too busy. We did go on a weekend so it was quite busy at times. Room service & bar was nice. Overall the room loses one star personally because the lighting was a bit dark and the bed quite firm. Everything else was perfect during our stay.”

“Our experience at Mercure Dartford Brands Hatch Hotel and Spa was amazing! Our room was of their new ones which was beautifully made, it had all the essentials you would require for your stay, and our beds were very comfortable. My husband, daughter and I had booked in for the Ishga massages at their spa and the masseurs were truly skilled. My masseur, Joy, was great and asked what type of pressure I liked and she was very talented. I was completely relaxed and refreshed at the end of it. My family gave me good feedback about the other 2 girls as well, I'm sorry I don't remember your names, I wanted to say thank you! Will definitely be back!”

“Happy to make changes like putting some meat separate and some in a pitta which is really useful, when they are flexible about how the food is given to you and they aren't precious about a set menu. Only thing I'd point out to them is to make sure to use a set of tongs to turn the raw chicken skewers over, and once this is cooked on the outside, move to a different part of the grill and finish it off, by using another pair of tongs. You'd avoid any chance of cross contamination this way. Same goes for the pittas and wraps being warmed up - use another clean pair of tongs to avoid customers having second thoughts about their stomachs getting through the night ok..”

“I had breakfast here on a busy Saturday. I asked to sit in for a couple of hours whilst my wife, daughter and her friends shopped as a birthday treat. The manager (Nadine) found me a quiet table in the corner with a nearby power supply as I mentioned I wanted to do some work. They genuinely couldn’t have been any more helpful and I didn’t feel any pressure to vacate the table at any point. All the staff (including Abbie & Rahmi) who looked after me were great, can’t thank them enough.”

Such a lovely place, fantastic homemade,tasty cream tea,fabulous friendly service and beautiful quirky vintage decor topped off with a lovely lady providing an amazingly diverse range of songs on the piano as our soundtrack for the afternoon.I was lucky enough to be given a voucher ( lasts a whole year)as a Xmas present and will definitely be back.
