“We booked a table for Christmas dinner with friends last Thursday. There was a lot of big bookings in and there was an initial mix-up with ours getting lost but the owner and staff were very accommodating and also gave us a free bottle of wine by way of apology. My husband and I have eaten here on several other occasions in other seasons and the food is very good quality, definitely gastropub level. Tonight's festive menu was no exception and the place looked fantastic and was decorated beautifully. My duck was melt-off-bone and yet the surprise star on my main dish was the cream cabbage and bacon - so moreish. With a table of 28 and another of 10 or 12, it did get quite rowdy but even being so busy the owner took time to male sure we were enjoying our meal. Big shout out to Giuseppe (I think?) who will also be getting married in Sardinia in June as we did and was equally attentive to us whilst still waiting on the big tables. Would definitely visit again.”

“I have two children at this school, one in Yr. 2 and the other just started Reception having attended the Nursery. Both of them throughly enjoy attending and learning in this environment and it constantly amazes me just how varied their knowledge has become. From day one (2years ago) when there were only 43 4 year olds, to this day of over 250 pupils, there has been a consistent and tenacious focus on delivering the best learning for all of its pupils. The leadership team are warm and welcoming, making themselves highly visible at the school gate and always willing to listen to parents' views or offer advice. They have set out a strong set of values and life skills which are positively reinforced across the school in a consistent way from class teacher to whole assembly. For some of these traits the children are asked to behave like a particular ' Learnasaur ' character such as the Tryasaurus who is always willing to try new things or a Sharadactyl who shares their learning resources. Both my kids have really engaged with this type of encouragement and it is commonplace to hear us talking about them at home. All the staff that have been recruited display a huge passion for delivering the best experience for the children, whether they're dinner ladies, site managers or have office roles. The teaching staff are great and display the same understated professionalism day in day out, they have embraced the opportunity this new school presents and are working well together to deliver a first class education. Mr Butler's musical influences have shown themselves many times over the last couple of years during assemblies and Nativity plays. My personal highlight was last years Year 1 performance which involved the whole year group, lasted over 40 mins and was incredible to watch, it was hard to believe we were watching 6 year olds as the performance level and engagement across the whole group was so strong and mature. Other highlights from last year included the children asking Boris Johnson some tough questions when he visited the school and the Pupils performing their 'Big Dance' at the summer fayre.”

“I'm enrolled in the distance learning LLB programme in Bangladesh. I just finished year 1. My experience thus far has been simply amazing. Great setup. Great faculty. Fabulous course. Love the VLE! The best thing a law student can get! The UK faculty are brilliant! Really friendly, really experienced and really helpful. They are more than happy to check and send feedback to your work. Even when on vacation! The student society has been very special. Volunteering for events and communicating to people on a different spectrum other than law really helps in terms of knowing how people work and function; I'd hold that to be a great skill for any lawyer. I elaborate on this point a bit because BPP BSS has taught me a lot. Doing a distance learning programme, miles away from the main campus seems daunting but the seniors along with the UK faculty made the initial days less scary and eventually it became second nature. Minal was also wonderful as she went above and beyond when she taught my son phonics, reading and counting - she was brilliant. “Mr Singhs review: If I would give 10 STARS I would ! Attended a Personal 1:1 open day with the Headteacher Mr Daniel Cowling on Fri 11th June 2021. He is doing a superlative job. Well beyond my expectations. A personal credit to him and his staff. Mr Cowling is highly respected by both staff AND students. - Facilities and Cleanliness of the school is unbelievable. - Brand new resources. - Students have their heads down in all of the classrooms i visited. - Equipment; formidable! All Apple computers and screens. - Well funded and beyond my comprehension. - Wonderful , open, spacious outdoor space. All sports. - Drama rooms excellent. - Main hall ; Mint. - Its a new school less than 7 years old and the buildings are pristine. - Staff extremely polite and attentive.
