“What a fantastic holiday club, my kids absolutely loved it, the main thing is the staff are amazing really caring and thoughtful to every child. I asked the manager if I could watch a session and he couldn't have been more inviting, I was blown away with how organised everything was and every child had a smiles on their faces. I had no problem leaving all my 3 kids I have been to quite a few holiday clubs and this one is easily the best in the area. I strongly recommend funny feet if you need somewhere for the children, they will not only have a wonderful time with all the activities but also be in safe hand with the Incredible team behind Funny Feet.”

“We left our cat here for a little over two weeks and we were very happy. The room is very nice and clean with enough space for cats to roam. We got pictures and updates almost every day and from what we saw there were lots of toys provided. Highly recommend! Thank you Ann .”

“Brilliant service. I recommend it without reservation. We recently moved to bexleyheath and are so happy that we found Amanda's Cat sitting service. We have two cats, one who can be a little stand-offish, and both of them took to Amanda immediately. I tend to be a bit of a worrier when we're away from the cats, but Amanda's regular text message updates, and some brilliant photos of the boys playing that she sent, really set my mind at ease and meant I could enjoy my trip guilt-free. We will certainly be calling on Amanda again in the near future.”

He had the most amazing birthday thanks to these guys, their professionalism, knowledge and patience with children was extraordinary. We all had a wonderful time parents and children. “A bit late leaving this review but we left our rabbit here for the first time august last year. My daughter was very worried about leaving him as he is an indoor bunny but when booking online you can choose indoor/outdoor accommodation which made her feel better, also leaving information on dislikes, diet etc. Easy drop off and collection, lovely lady to greet us. Lovely to receive updates and photos to see online while your away too. Would highly recommend.”

“Paula and the team were absolutely amazing with our new boy! He is very anxious as recently rehomed with us and was very scruffy and matted after being in kennels. After his groom looked like a different dog! And he was very bouncy and happy so they'd clearly made him feel at ease, and even managed to get all the problem areas! Completely amazing! Definitely our go to for all grooming needs! Very friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable as well.”

“I looked at a few nursery's for our daughter but I knew i had found the one for us when I visited Little Rosies. It is quite simply the best start all round that we could have wanted for her. Family run, the whole team are dedicated to the children and the success of the nursery lies in the clear commitment, enthusiasm, open communication and dedication of the staff and the ethos - which is the perfect balance between giving the kids clear boundaries and structure combined with warmth, fun and creativity/learning. Rose is very creative with themes and ideas and great at encouraging focus. Nancys cooking is eclectic and loved by all. My daughter has absolutely loved her time there. She is set up and ready for school and we will be forever grateful to Rose, Catia, Nicole and Nancy for everything they have done. We will miss our time there and highly recommend the nursery.”

“Excellent boarding kennels! We’ve been using Canada Farm for many years for boarding and grooming. The kennels are immaculate and the staff are always friendly and super confident when handling the dogs. I totally recommend them and I wouldn’t take our dogs anywhere else.”

“I boarded my cat and dog with Oak Cottage Kennels & Cattery for the first time as our usual kennels and cattery were fully booked. I went to take a look and was very impressed by the very knowledgeable, professional and friendly staff. I could tell immediately that they put the welfare of the pets first. They were very good at explaining how the kennels work on a daily basis. I booked in two trial days for our Labrador and then both my cat and dog stayed for two weeks. I had very regular photos and it was obvious they were both enjoying their stay. I would like to thank everyone for looking after my pets in an exceptional manner. “Little Learners Northwood is a wonderful nursery with a team of caring and nurturing staff who really do go above and beyond for the children. My son has been attending for a year and is thriving thanks to the wonderful team. They take great care of all the children and are so friendly and welcoming. It's wonderful to recieve pictures during the day to see what our son has been up to. Every day the teachers set up different activities based on themes throughout the year such as mothers day, diwali, Halloween, Christmas etc. We are so pleased we chose Little Learners for our son.”

“I am a regular visitor to this store because it's the only local place that stocks the dog food my dog eats. They stock a wide range of different dog food in various sizes and I have never not been able to buy the food I need. They stock a wide range of healthy treats for pets, which is great as my dog loves treats! The staff are always friendly and helpful. They all have a great knowledge of their products and love their recommendations.”

“We love munchkins! It’s the best small soft play in the area. Really wonderful friendly staff who run the cafe and cook delicious food. Plenty of space for the children to play and also for the adults to sit down!! We have been visiting since our son was around 10 months old he’s now nearly two and it’s still great!! “Sutherland has been a great nursery! Our son really enjoyed his time there, but he had to leave due to relocation. The highlight was the staff who were very kind and sweet. My son settled very well after a couple of weeks. He often wanted a morning cuddle from the staff with a smile on his face when I dropped him off in the morning. They did lots of fun activities, like making cards, costume party, celebration for national book day and sensory activities. The management team is very responsive. When I asked about the dietary plan and requested more meals with meat/fish, they acted in a few days to increase to 4 days/week with meat/fish. We also like their onsite kitchen so all the food could be prepared freshly for our son :) Their financial manager Julia is very friendly and helpful. She usually replies my email promptly with detailed answers. When my son needed to leave after giving notice, they made some adaptation for our schedule and waived some of the fee. That was very appreciated! We were a bit shocked by the 48hr quarantine policy regardless of the child's illness. That was challenging for us as two full-time working parents, but the manager said that policy will be reviewed in the future. Overall, our experience with Sutherland was great!”
