“I started looking for a new kitchen back in autumn, and it wasn’t finished until midsummer the following year — a timeline that had me wondering if I’d wandered into an episode of Midsomer Murders. There were a couple of walls being knocked down and a bathroom fit out being completed as well, thankfully, no mysterious disappearances… just the arrival of a stunning kitchen which was well worth the wait. The final product is amazing with lots of character fitting perfectly with the house and the original vision. We went with an Ashley Ann shaker-style design, and it really does look the part — solid build, classic lines, and a lovely dual colour scheme that gives the space real depth and charm. It’s both modern and timeless — exactly what we were after. BCK were excellent right from the start. The pre-sales advice was clear, transparent and honest, and we felt supported the whole way through. The planning meetings were great and detailed, so good I thought I was running the showroom at one stage. Communication was strong — no black holes (even if the draw fronts felt like they were coming via Uranus at one point). Special mention to the excellent fitting team, who came in towards the end and helped bring everything together with care, professionalism, cricket chat and Oasis riffs. They really made the difference in those final stages. All in all, a solid gold five stars. Yes, there were lots of questions, but the finished result is a beautiful, functional kitchen that’s completely transformed our home. BCK delivered — and we’re genuinely pleased we found them and thoroughly recommend them for your Project.”

Danny took time to help me understand Hacker kitchens, including meeting me at the London showroom. “After a couple of false starts, I approached Casa Interiors gor a quote to renovate a tired old bathroom in my 1926 terraced house in Merton Park. I already had CAD drawings. The quote was clear and the terms too. The price was mid range compared to some of the quotes I had received. Spending a couple of hours at the showroom was very useful and allowed us to firm up on the plan. I strongly recommend doing this. The work is of good quality. It looks really nice. Feels cool and contemporary. Came in exactly in line with the quote, plus a couple of touches that were negotiated as the project progressed. Overall I'm happy, and I'll be talking to them about my kitchen one day soon. If you are looking for a local Wimbledon firm to renovate your bathroom, I can recommend Casa. “I very recently attended a five day Microcementing course with Andy. I had researched and spoken to a number of other courses all of which I found were uninterested in me but just wanted me to purchase the products they were pushing, the majority of courses out there are less than three days. Andy’s course was 5 days and it was very very good. We completed so much detailed work, not only in Microcementing but in other products and finishes too which only added to my skillset and understanding of the materials. Andy’s knowledge and teaching techniques are second to none and I genuinely feel it was a game changer having completed the five day course with him. Beware of other, shorter cowboy courses advertised with other companies. If you want a professional full to the brim hands on course this is for you!! Andy’s after course assistance is also fantastic, I speak with him regularly about jobs and he gives me advice and tips to help the process run smoothly, when you buy into his course you get the link with Andy forever and thats what is key to enable future works to go smoothly!! He is not pushy with his products and his Microcement however his products and Microcement is the best out there and excellent value for money. His advice, skillset and knowledge is genuinely the difference between his courses and others out there. He’s great crack too !!”

“I found Osborne through a broker and was very glad to work with a small independent. Roger is very down-to-earth and knowledgeable, you don't get the 'hard sell' but you get access to wealth of his experience. It's worthwhile having a good idea of your specification as it's much easier for them to work with you and get to a quick solution. Design and installation process was smooth. Couple of snagging issues meant return trips from the installers (not Osborne employees) but Martina & Roger were helpful in getting things sorted out. Two years on and I still completely love my 'new' kitchen. I'm writing this review from my island :0)”
