“Absolutely lovely owner, my bus came as I was waiting for my drink and I had to leave however he finished and ran my drink out to me, just shows he cares so so so much for the customers, it’s my favourite café I’ve been to!! I love it there, it’s perfect for some quite time to work or revise and a lovely atmosphere to be in! It has a wide range of food and drinks to choose from all at such a high quality!!”

“Amazing people, great customer service ,prices are reasonable. Just some customers drinking too much ,and making trouble, maybe security could try to prevent it somehow. I had to run away twice as I felt in danger. Please try to see who can't behave and if they are not behaving properly while intoxitated ,get them out. Otherwise all great, good vibes. “Had the festive menu and the food took a little longer than expected but Charlee was fab at updating us and ensuring we were comfortable and if we needed anything else. We were sat in the conservatory which was cold and the food took longer than necessary but the food was adequate. Made better only by the millionaires fodue dessert.”

“I have just had dinner with a friend at the bubble and squeak in CRAYFORD What a wonderful experience the chairs are lovely and padded and the tables are nice and clean. We both ordered are meal and within five minutes it was being served to use. And the size of the meals were very generous. Very good value for money. The atmosphere of the restaurant was excellent to Can’t wait to go back again. I will also tell all my friends and family about the restaurant.”

“Great old pub from my youth, I used to live in Dartford and have been in there a few times, this was for a wake for a very close friend of ours. The staff are always pleasant, the wake was held in the back of the pub, so no regular customers were in there. The team looked after us very well, nothing more to say really, prices are reasonable for drinks, etc.”

“John Lewis' customer service is always excellent. Athar from the tech team was extremely patient with my query regarding my Samsung device, explaining clearly the issue and how to resolve it. I cannot fault his help and that of the wider team who ensured I did not wait too long to be seen.”

“I came here on Saturday as part of a large group. The food came very quickly despite the pub being busy, and the views from the seating area was beautiful. We were made to feel very welcome and should I come that way again, I’ll definitely be back.”

“A great place in John Lewis at Bluewater to sit down and enjoy a sandwich (hot or cold), soup, salad and coffee during busy times. Great selection of pastries available as well. Coffee is good as well. Prices may be on the higher side but you get a seat compared to pret or any other cafe at busy times.”

“Stopped by Starbucks at Bluewater for a quick break. The service was fine and the place was clean, but the coffee was pretty average — my cappuccino lacked much flavour and the cookie was quite dry. Not terrible, but nothing special either. It did the job, but I’ve had better from other branches.”
