I want to share my appreciation for the excellent service received at the Penge Argos inside sainsburys. Hudda went out of her way to help me when my New IPad wouldn’t charge. She kindly tried different charges to see if it could be fixed, and when it didn’t work, she suggested I return the next day so the Manager could assist further. When I came back, Nadia, the Manager, was incredibly professional, patient and kind. She took the time to resolve my issue and was kind enough to suggest I get a refund or an exchange, which gave me peace of mind. Thank you so much to both Hudda and Nadia for their kindness and patience. It really made a difference and I’m very grateful.”
