It was an easy process from the initial home visit by Richard then the drawings, any amendments and the subsequent delivery. I liked the fact I could go to the showroom with any issues and they were able to deal with it there and then. Friendly staff, easy to communicate with. I got the impression she hadn't been working there long but that didn't matter because her demeanor, customer service, open body language and enthusiasm put us at ease as soon as she began serving us. I hope she sees this and feels proud. She was the black lady with the short hair. The other ladies in the shop seemed like they didn't want to be there. I hope she gets commission on her sales.”
