“Great quality kitchens, I was deciding whether to go for Howdens or Crown but after comparing the quality it had to be Crown. I met Jav and his team, they designed the kitchen exactly how I wanted, I was given visuals which I was happy with. The kitchen was delivered on time and Jav was very helpful even when I made some last-minute changes. The builder was impressed with the quality of the kitchen units also. “Brilliant experience with RDO. Spotted company online and placed order for wine cooler late Bank Holiday Monday. Received a call the next morning to confirm order and delivery on Wednesday. Goods received by 10.00 am the next morning. Unfortunately the wine cooler did not work so I called their customer support line. After working through some potential fixes together a new cooler was ordered. New cooler received and other returned by 8.00 am the next morning. The true sign of great customer service is based on how a company reacts when things don’t go according to plan. In this case, they really shone. I’m so pleased I spotted RDO when looking to order and I will certainly use them again in the future. Thank you!”

“I started my kitchen journey with Jacqueline and Karl at Casalife in June 2021 when I was doing a complete back to brick renovation of my bungalow. I had a series of delays with my build project during which, Jacqueline and Karl from Casalife showed remarkable patience, professionalism and a detailed. Knowledge of the practicalities of a good kitchen layout. My kitchen design went through many changes over that coming year until its final installation in October 2022. The advice and revisions Casalife worked with me on were invaluable. I was concerned about my tight budget and whether I could afford a good quality kitchen with Casalife - but they worked with me in deciding appliances, sink and tap, cabinets and doors with detailed 3D designs. I chose a 2 tone effect using AREDDO3 Kali with a mix of oak and Fenix finishes and some clever carousel storage solutions for my corner cabinets. During installation, Casalife quickly resolved the few technical hitches encountered. Their preferred kitchen fitter, Michael was great. Now in 2024, I added some shelving options with Casalife’s help. And my kitchen feels complete. I am very happy with my decision to go with Jacqueline and Karl and I would strongly recommend Casalife.”

“We were actually recommended by a friend to simply just go and have a look at Vogue Kitchens (even though we live approx. 30 miles away) . From our first meeting, we were straight away drawn into their knowledge and expertise. We are now so very glad ( and grateful to our friend) that we went with Vogue, as our new kitchen has now become the hub of our home and it looks amazing. As the project went on, naturally, we changed our minds a few times, but, this was never an issue as Sharan always worked with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. Throughout the whole project, we were kept on track with timelines and budget and our builders were also provided with up-to-date, detailed, Service drawings, which makes things so much easier. The installation was completed in under 3 days and absolutely faultless Any issues pre or post installation were sorted out incredibly quickly without any hassles. Vogue are incredibly professional, friendly and knowledgeable and what made it easier was the fact that they made the effort to get to know us, and listened to all our requests and also helped us to stick to the budget.
