She listened to what we did & didn’t want, and produced the perfect plan, attention to detail impeccable. Perceptive & empathetic, she made suggestions which cleverly matched our tastes but also pushed us slightly out of our comfort zone - but she was absolutely right to do so. She said from the get go that we we had the room of the wow factor and our new kitchen would match, if not trump, the space. And she was right. I would also like to take this opportunity in saying that all of the people she works with - installer, plumber, electrician - are first class too. Resourceful, mindful, and just genuinely nice people. The whole project went like clockwork, Vivienne was always on hand to oversee everything & to answer any and all questions. “Johnny is very experienced, knowledgeable and friendly. He finished my kitchen to a high standard and got a great price for the units. He went above and beyond during my kitchen project and even offered to help when I had some problems with the bathroom plumbing. The flat is old and there were some tricky issues but Johnny dealt with any problems professionally and efficiently. Johnny is also a lovely guy and it was a joy spending time with him during the refurb. I am very happy with the new kitchen and highly recommend Johnny to all.”

“Extremely happy with the kitchen, excellent service and communication throughout. Finished product is excellent quality and more than I hoped for when starting the process. I went in with a rough idea of what I wanted and to compare quotes to some of the bigger chains. Design and quote process was simpler than other places and final quote was cheaper including a couple of extras that were not previously in the plans; so decided to go with Victoria Kitchens for the final design. Communication was excellent throughout, design process was very simple and collaborative. Quoted timescales for implementation were much quicker than competitors and the final build process started on time and was finished even quicker than originally quoted. Workmanship throughout the build was top quality, highly recommend Victoria Kitchens.”

“We recently had our kitchen replaced in a rented property, and Lisa and Mark were absolute stars from start to finish. They understood the assignment and brought creative ideas to maximise space in our small kitchen. They were open to our suggestions, and Mark had great ideas for materials and small details to balance the final look. Lisa was fantastic at getting the kitchen to us quickly and promptly addressed any minor issues we encountered along the way. With Lisa and Mark, you feel you're in good hands, and I 100% recommend them.”

“Ordered food from here a few times and I've never been disappointed. We've either gone there in person and ordered takeaway or ordered online for delivery. Every time the food has been faultless, loved the octopus and the unagi. Large choice of dishes. Prices a little above average but definitely worth it. We usual order a mixed sashimi set, a mixed sushi set and a couple of other dishes and for two of us it's more than enough. Last time we ordered via deliveroo, took about 30 minutes. The staff are always helpful and friendly.Definitely worth trying the food here.”

“Yada’s has to be one of the most authentic Middle Eastern restaurants in London. All the food is delicious but the mezze platter and lamb shawarma are highly recommended as you can try lots of authentic options in small quantities. Our favourites included the pistachio hummus and ghormeh sabzi. The lamb was divine and accompanied by the gorgeous fluffy saffron rice. Can’t wait to go back!”

“We have known Amin for the last 10 years. He did our kitchen and bathroom at our first house now he has done another one in our new house. He is very calm and knowledgeable. He always impressed us with design ideas, and always can find solutions with any small challenges. His prices were very competitive without any hidden cost. His products are really good quality. We will keep using him for any home improvements in the future. His fitter works for him also is very good at his job and very efficient, tidy and professional.”

“Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”

“Hi This house was in good location good condition. The room and all around the house was absolutely clean and tidy. Comfortable bed, bathroom toilet was real clean as I use to work a housekeeper of 5 star hotel . My family member was happy as they visited from Thailand. She is 82 years old. Lucky the house was perfect for her condition. I usually don’t like to give feedback but to be honest . They customer service help line was good. The key and the details they keep sending me was crazy . It’s too much but yes ! They care for you. So I give 100% and Thank you so much.”
