“Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”

From the first visit to the showroom to the final completion, we have been delighted with our choice. All of the fitters were highly skilled, very tidy and a pleasure to have in the home. There were a few supply problems but these were doggedly pursued by the company and resolved quickly. “I was referred to the Merton Branch by a previous happy customer. I like to go with recommendations as it gives me a certain level of confidence from the start. This entire experience did not disappoint. From the moment we walked into the branch we were warmly welcomed by Dionne and Chris. They listened to our requirements and we felt valued as customers, even our children were given something to do to pass the time. Dionne absolutely nailed the design including everything we wanted with some great recommendations too. Once completed we received timely correspondence and were given all the help and information needed to finalise the transaction. Everything was smooth and hassle-free. Delivery was on schedule and the additional components we needed were easy to order to finish the kitchen. We went with the SOHO range in gloss white, quartz worktop (highly recommended) and an AluSplash(back). We also got all our appliances from Benchmarx which Chris helped us to choose. The build quality gives me confidence the kitchen will last for a long time and it looks even better than the showroom! Overall it’s one of the best and easiest experiences we’ve had during our renovation project.”

“I approached Moiety kitchen for 1) installing a kitchen island to match exactly the same colour theme of my existing Nobilia kitchen 2) to build new shelving units and drawer units inside wardrobe and storage room Manish came and measured the spaces. I went to showroom to view the quartz stone colours and also to choose wood pattern etc. He gave couple of wonderful suggestion during design consultation visit. Even changes requested post initial discussions were factored for installation. I went with the Swiss Krono wood panels for shelving units as they were toxic free. The wood panels for shelving units were pre cut when came from factory. And were fine cut at home by professionals using professional machinery and tools which they brought in a van. They were fitted as per measurements / designs finalised earlier by Manish. Waz and his team member crafted excellent finished products very neatly and accurately. The Nobilia kitchen island was installed by two teams (wood panels + quartz top fabrication). Quartz fabrication team too did a good job. Operationally the full project was very effectively managed by the store staffs. (Kalina and Karl). Special thanks to them. The wait was longer than usual and change request discussions could have been handled better, but the final products were to my satisfaction. Great workmanship. - Karthik”

“John and his team at Kuchen in Bromley were very helpful and we are very pleased with our kitchen. The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

A special mention to Michelle, who was so patient with us, showing us around the showroom and explaining all the options - very knowledgeable.  It is a good sized showroom, allowing us to see how they really look, rather than just in a brochure.  And we must mention Daniel and Michael, as they both had involvement in the design of our kitchen. Great teamwork. We hadn't considered laying it out as they did, so grateful for their experience. I know it sounds silly, but we came here rather than the other magnets in the area as they have a car park with plenty of spaces. Makes a big difference.”
