“We were actually recommended by a friend to simply just go and have a look at Vogue Kitchens (even though we live approx. 30 miles away) . From our first meeting, we were straight away drawn into their knowledge and expertise. We are now so very glad ( and grateful to our friend) that we went with Vogue, as our new kitchen has now become the hub of our home and it looks amazing. As the project went on, naturally, we changed our minds a few times, but, this was never an issue as Sharan always worked with us every step of the way. Nothing was ever too much to ask for. Throughout the whole project, we were kept on track with timelines and budget and our builders were also provided with up-to-date, detailed, Service drawings, which makes things so much easier. The installation was completed in under 3 days and absolutely faultless Any issues pre or post installation were sorted out incredibly quickly without any hassles. “I got a brand new kitchen including a lot of building work done through the Kitchen Company towards the end of 2023. From the first appointment to completion they have been nothing but professional, supportive and friendly. James designed the kitchen around what I needed making suggestions and taking what I wanted into account and as it was rendered on a computer it was very easy for me to see what it would look like and by the time it was completed it was exactly as it was it appeared on the computer! The builder that they provided was fabulous, very trustworthy and flexible and he then provided all the other services that were necessary taking any stress off my shoulders. The whole company has a friendly, family feel, very knowledgeable and willing to take on board my ideas. I cannot recommend them highly enough, you know you are going to get a quality kitchen from quality people.”

“Our kitchen project with Harvey Jones Chislehurst has just completed and we are delighted with the finished product. We worked with Amy who was extremely helpful and responsive throughout and clearly knew her stuff. We originally thought the room was going to be a challenge to install a kitchen in, and we had never been through this process before, but the patience and professionalism shown by the team at Harvey Jones has been excellent throughout. Everything has been so carefully and thoughtfully designed from the quality of the cabinetry to the beautiful paintwork and the end result is stunning. Amy also liaised with our builders directly and did many more site visits than we ever expected - she truly showed she cared. I can't comment on the long term life of the kitchen as it's only just finished but there is a 10 year guarantee so that gives me peace of mind. The workmen were also excellent throughout (old school types who have years of experience) so I'd be surprised if there are any issues. If you're looking for a high quality finish that's built to last, excellent customer service and peace of mind, then you really can't go wrong with Harvey Jones. A note on prices, they are not the lower end but nor are they anywhere near the highest. We also took advantage of a sale discount and a 12 month no payment plan at 0% interest, so the options are there. We did speak to other companies but their service was terrible hence why we looked elsewhere, and I'm glad we did!”

“John and his team at Kuchen in Bromley were very helpful and we are very pleased with our kitchen. The quality of the units are amazing and would always use German going forward and recommend Kuchen. There was a few issues along the way but John ensured that everything was finished to perfection and the issues were rectified. Some of the issues were out of his control like oven was broken and you would not know this till we opened the box. The worktop people were so professional and their work was really top quality. The wrong size sink arrived and the Quartz was fitted. The worktop people sorted this out and you can see how good it was done.”

“I called london plumbing pros on Sunday afternoon about my central heating. By monday morning my central heating was fixed! Ive had so many people come out to look at my heaters but london plumbing prod were the only ones who diagnosed and fixed the issue literally in a few mins. Communication was perfect and service was A1. Prices are so reasonable and you can tell they genuinely care about offering the best service to their customersm would certainly recommend london plumbing pros for any plumbing and heating issues.”

A special mention to Michelle, who was so patient with us, showing us around the showroom and explaining all the options - very knowledgeable.  It is a good sized showroom, allowing us to see how they really look, rather than just in a brochure.  And we must mention Daniel and Michael, as they both had involvement in the design of our kitchen. Great teamwork. We hadn't considered laying it out as they did, so grateful for their experience. I know it sounds silly, but we came here rather than the other magnets in the area as they have a car park with plenty of spaces. Makes a big difference.”

“Got them to fit wardeobes. Gave us absolutely great service from beginning to end. From meeting Sanjay at the ideal home show to after the final fit. Sanjay came to do a free visit to measure up and gave us an image and estimate within a day, with a competitive price (some other independent companies charge for this service) They gave us a 4 to 5 week completion date (comapared with two of the most popular wardrobe companies who where 11 to 15 weeks), but the kitchen shoppe beat theyre own time frame and completed within 3 weeks. The communication!!! Outstanding!!! I 1st dealt mainly with Sanjay and then Kunal, Sanjay was professional without being too formal. We had a watsapp for him which made communication so easy and he always responded so quickly. As well as Kunal who took charge of the delivery, setup and supervision of the two fitters. The fitters where so good such a shame i didnt get their names. Fitting was booked for a thurs and fri, there was a day delay which changed it to the fri and sat, however the fitters smashed it in a day! (Oh lets not forget the polite delivery guys too!) If i had to give a negative its two minor things, the pieces came without protection, I was worried about damage as we are under renovation with debris everywhere, but it is such good quality i haven't yet seen any damage. 2nd is that there was alot of saw dust, (ideally get fitted before carpet) and there are pieces left that we will have to dispose of (but we are under renovation so you never know they may come into use) We havnt moved in so we havn't started utilizing it yet. But id definitely recommend them and use them again.”

“We are delighted with our new kitchen from The Surrey Kitchen Company as well as the associated work. The kitchen is within a large open-plan space and so as well as supplying and fitting the kitchen we asked them to decorate the whole area. The kitchen looks great and is of a very high standard. On our first visit to their showroom Rachel explained the various options and we were given samples to take home. Victoria then visited us and came up with a brilliant design with some great suggestions of her own that we hadn’t thought of as well as going along with our initial ideas. The computer generated images gave an overall picture of what it was going to look like and we were then able to make some tweaks and try out different colours etc. At no time did we fell pressured to make up our mind and now it’s all finished we appreciate how realistic the computer images were. The quality of all the workmanship, from installation to decorating is excellent. What we also appreciated was how pleasant, polite and cooperative everyone was. Nothing was too much trouble, last minute ideas and late changes were accommodated, and they cleared up well at the end of each day. Alan, the owner of the business, project managed and remained involved throughout. The various specialists he brought in were all highly skilled – everything was accomplished to an exceptional standard. Special mention and thanks to Jamie who fitted the kitchen and to Stephen who decorated. It was completed on time even though there were the inevitable snags. When it was realised that two of the doors were the wrong colour and a couple of the handles were missing then new doors and more handles were immediately ordered and arrived within a few days without causing any delay to the project. We highly recommend this company, they are extremely professional and above all really pleasant people to deal with.”
