Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store. “Air con broke down on way to Devon during heat wave. Local shop told me there was a leak in the system and couldn't be fixed in time for my departure. We have toddler and no air con in this heat was inconceivable. Called Caroline at Paynes Cars on our way home and from the first word she was absolutely awesome, helpful and knowledgeable. She squeezed me in for an assessment on the same day and everything was sorted in a giffy. There was no leak and the car is blissfully cool again. Can't thank the team at Paynes Cars enough. From looking at previous reviews- they may get it wrong sometimes (they’re only human) but they do care and they also help you to prevent things. A lot of vets won’t help you prevent problems because they want the big bill. But this vets will warn you before it costs you a fortune”

“We can honestly say it was the best pizza we have ever had. We grew up in Meopham and came back to visit after 50years of being away. We ordered on line, it was delivered exactly on time. If we lived closer we would definitely be regulars.”

“Ordered slabs and sand for patio. Order was delivered next day, and we were given call hour before delivery. There were some slabs missing which they informed, and said will deliver them on Monday. And we received the rest on Monday as promised. When started working, noticed cracks on some slabs, after some calls and emails were able to receive replacement, and they were delivered same day. Very thankful for the support and quick response.”
