Everything was explained exceptionally well and communication was superb during and after the purchase of my new vehicle also a nice touch is how they allowed me to put a small deposit down on a vehicle of interest allowing me time before working out the ideal viewing date. So thinking we’d have a look about which we did only for the staff to recognise us (from 2 years previously) and be aware of what we had purchased and where we were from.. absolutely outstanding service, the owner should be very very happy with his staff. “My 9 month old labradoodle STAR has had 4 grooms so far with Pride & Groom and I am very pleased with the results each time. First visit I was more nervous than STAR as I had no idea what type of cut to request but they talked me through the options clearly. STAR looks great after every visit, and I would highly recommend their service to anyone. STAR is always eager when we reach the Sevenoaks location, and does not playup when I leave (only alittle sad about that:)). Thank you Team”

“Superb first class service from Jason the manager at furniture village, Orpington store. Right from discussing what we would like and ideas to his effort and friendliness was above and beyond. We spent a considerable amount of money from a new sofa to dining table to new bed and Jason was there every step of the way, helping and guiding. Couldn’t praise this person enough!”

For the main course, I opted for the lamb meat, which was perfectly cooked and seasoned. The lamb was tender, juicy. “I cannot recommend this place enough, I had my Baby Shower here and chose the Grazing table for food. The food was amazing and everyone who came to my baby shower couldn’t stop complimenting the food they provided, it was delicious and exactly what I wanted. “I absolutely love this shop , they make use of all the space and stock a surprising amount of items at reasonable prices , I find them friendly when we come to Shoreham for a mini break and I find the appearance with the red and white quaint and 'villagey' and we would not come to Shoreham without this shop! 8pm close time is fab as well :-)”

“I’m one of those shoppers who scrutinise the labels to check what ingredients everything has as well as trying to eat as ‘clean’ as possible. I will shop in 3-4 supermarkets to cut down my weekly expenditure but recently, Aldi is my ‘Go To’ store. I have to say that I am seriously impressed with the quality ( and the price ) of all fresh meats, hams, chicken and fish. I also love that their fresh produce mostly comes from British farms. I am not vegetarian but there is a good selection to choose from if you are. Gluten free produce is also available. I can recommend their Sirloin steaks, Fresh Salmon, Cooked and uncooked Chicken Breasts, Beef ( joint and minced) Wiltshire Ham and their eggs are extra good value. On those items alone, I save between £10-15 per shop. I can also recommend Aldi ice creams/lollies ( special treat days) as they taste just as good as the branded ones but considerably cheaper. It’s a pleasant ‘quick’ shop but I have to admit that I spend a ridiculous amount of time down the ‘Isle of Shame’ Everyone loves a bargain right?!!”

I explained I’d lost my brother yesterday and the lady serving was so kind and sorted out the transaction without issue and a smile. We had lovely sandwiches and coffees and as we left the lady found me with a slice of cake…. It was such a lovely thing to do and despite my tears I was so grateful that someone cared.
