Always going well out of their way providing the best service, staff are fantastic, delivery drivers are extremely helpful, and even cover over products when dropped of too avoid them getting rained on. Above all extremely fairly priced. Would strongly recommend doing a price comparison on any building products from other suppliers as I have noticed just how much the competition has become more expensive. The gentleman working there was incredibly patient and helpful, even though my shop extended into after hours. He took the time to walk me through the store, showing me different options and making sure I had everything I needed for my project. You simply don’t find this kind of service or dedication to customers anymore. This shop is a gem, with a selection that goes beyond pet supplies—they also carry homeware, DIY essentials, and more. “What a wonderful little shop, with parking directly outside!!! This is my Go-To shop, there are always lovely pieces stocked at reasonable prices from lounge wear to beautiful going 'out out' items! The owner is so lovely and helpful also, it's just like shopping and trying on clothes with your friends! Always a bonus on event nights, when you can shop with a prosecco!! If there is anything you don't see in there, she is always more than happy to try and source it for you!”

“I recently completed a course of scaling and root planing treatment with Dr Mish Sachdev at Gentle Dental Care, and I am so glad I finally went ahead with it after putting it off for years. From the initial consultation, Dr Mish was reassuring. The treatment was carried out over two sessions and, thanks to the careful use of local anaesthetic, it was completely pain-free. I was initially worried I would not be able to eat properly afterwards, but the discomfort was very minimal, nothing like having a tooth extracted, and I was back to normal far sooner than expected. I also had some chips to my teeth, which were well taken care of by one of Dr Mish’s colleagues (Dr Ram Laxmikanthan) at the practice. It was great to have everything dealt with in one place, and the team really worked together to resolve all my dental concerns in a holistic and efficient way. I attended four hygienist appointments afterwards, which were very helpful in improving my brushing technique and maintaining the results. My gums feel much healthier and I have noticed fresher breath and less bleeding since. Items can be easily ordered, if not in stock and can be returned if not suitable. Michael Tasker served me today and has done on many previous occasions. He is a charming young man, friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and goes out of his way to help. I was not rushed or made to feel a nuisance, especially when others were waiting. I am always treated with the utmost respect. I would also like to mention Ed, who has served me on many occasions in the past too. He has always been patient and helpful, especially when deciding which handles to choose as I was replacing all my internal door handles. It was no trouble for Ed to open several boxes of handles so I could make a decision. He also carried two huge tubs of Wallrock paste to my car, without hesitation. These two young men are a huge asset to Toolstation and I hope they will be rewarded for their excellent service. They gave really truthful advice and said to leave it a week and let the swelling go down. I feel other shops would of just booked him in regardless.
