What makes the experience even more special is the team—everyone is friendly, professional, and welcoming. A special mention goes to Denisa, one of the lifeguards, who is always so helpful, approachable, and genuinely the best person I’ve spoken to there, she really makes each visit even better.”

“I have just recently joined the lab and I can honestly say I cannot fault it. From the friendly greetings you receive as soon as you walk in to the staff in the gym who are always on hand to help you; to the lab bar & restaurant which has such a lovely vibe and an even lovelier menu! I had a bit of an issue with my direct debit and the club secretary was so professional and helpful sorting it out for me so quickly. They have recently refurbished the pool area to include an ice bath, new & improved sauna and WOW I always leave feeling so refreshed. What a lovely place”

I don’t know the vets name and I wish I did but she was absolutely fantastic, and the girl at reception was also a lovely lady and very helpful when speaking to her. “We had our first visit with our new puppy, Clootie, and were really impressed. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made the experience very positive. The vet gave Clootie a thorough check-up and provided clear advice on vaccinations, flea and worming treatments. We appreciated the information on pet insurance — it’s a challenging area to navigate, so the temporary Pet Plan cover was a helpful way to give us time to research other options. I visited Priory alone with my incredibly beloved hamster who was nearing the end of his life and was needing to be put to sleep that day, and I was heartbroken and in tears. The vet I saw was so incredibly kind and compassionate. Despite the fact that some may not understand how much a small pet like a hamster can mean, I felt absolutley no judgment for my emotions. The vet offered me tissues and gave me the time I needed to say my goodbyes, which meant so much. A few weeks later, I was deeply touched to receive a condolence card from Priory. This gesture truly went above and beyond. Thank you so much for your kindness, it truly meant so much to me. I couldn't reccomend a veterinary practice more.”

Bella was unfortunately given to me at 6 weeks old and wasn’t the healthiest but they brought her back to life and checked up on her with phone calls to see how she was. They really are so caring and brilliant with the animals in their care. I couldn’t recommend enough”

I cannot recommend Rob the vet enough and am so grateful to him for all the care we have received. Said a very hard goodbye to my 15 year old cat this morning and wouldn’t have wanted anyone else to take care of him. All reception staff have always been so lovely too and me, Thomas & Freddie are very grateful to you all. Thank you x”
