The store was open early and the aisles felt fairly well stocked — I found fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and everything else I needed. The underground car park was handy, so I didn’t have to struggle with street parking and could load the car easily. Staff at checkout were polite and efficient, so I was out quicker than I expected. Overall, a solid option if you want most grocery and household items under one roof.”

It was my first time going to this place, and i only wanted my natural hair cornrowed back but unfortunately i had to wash and blow dry it first as I had previous products in my hair (so that was my fault lol). “I have been coming to Agnieszka for as long as I can remember, I trust her enough to come in and say do whatever you want because I know I will always be happy with what she does. She just knows what colours suit people the best and she has been doing this for 22 YEARS! So there is no one I trust more than her with my hair. Today when I came in I had about three different colours on my head from when I was to impulsive to go to her so I did blue dye at home. Look how she’s fixed me up. Amazing girl honestly couldn’t recommend her more!!”

Sometimes the younger members of staff can be a bit rude and act a bit petulant but still love the brand and the effort gone into displays etc. Prefer to shop online so I don't have to deal with the staff. Not all are bad but there always seems to be a couple members of staff talking whilst ignoring you and then act as if you've interrupted something important by requiring their assistance. Sorry, I just want to spend hundreds of pounds but nevermind, I'll do it online so you can continue gobbing off about your weekend.”
