I received a response very quickly, and the exchange was arranged without me having to do anything further. I received the new piece the following day, and I was able to return the too-small piece free of charge. I am truly satisfied with the quality and the customer service.”

    “Got held up in roadworks and arrived on the dot of 7pm as store was closing. All staff went above and beyond so i could collect my online item needed for child's holiday. They had already closed the till but reopened it for me. During this and other visits, all staff on the click and collect and menswear were amazing. There is one more reserved member of staff who seems less in tune with customers but that won't detract from this well earned 5 star review. You never know what's going on for people and she did her job. Not everyone can smile all the time and i didn't take it personally. All the other team members were amazing. FYI NEXT your qr codes don't work? And well done for range of affordable summer clothing and swimwear for all the family, the online swimwear selection was great.”
