“My elderly Father has been taking his beloved cat Bubbles to the PDSA for years but recently has not been very happy with their service & treatment. I suggested Vets at home as I used to take my dog to my local store. As soon as she was on the table & after a little explaining of her symptoms, she was diagnosed, recieved an injection, medication given & suggestions of other products & ideas of things we could try to help her. My Father was so happy & said he felt so at ease as soon as he walked in. We just had a feeling she was going to get the care we have waited months & months to get elsewhere. Thank you Vets at home! “Parking is shambley but not their fault. Feel signage about place of shop and parking could be clearer but only an issue on first visit. Won’t make the mistake of accident driving down again! However the staff are lovely! Always have what I need in stock or ready to order for next day. They’re very helpful in providing information on what or where if it’s something they can’t provide themselves. Lovely place! Only one I visit now!”
