“When I first came to see Dr Vaswani many years ago, I was a very nervous patient and always needed sedation for even minor treatment, after having had some bad experiences with dentists in childhood. Dr Vaswani was so professional, calm and friendly that I immediately felt I could trust him. I have even had root canal treatment here without sedation and am now not even nervous at all any more about any treatment. I never thought this was possible! Although I have now moved away, I still come back here regularly and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Dr Vaswani is a dentist like no other and I feel very lucky to have found such a wonderful dentist.”

“Nice friendly club, I joined the beginners course 9 months ago and have been enjoying fencing with the rest of the club. There is a good amount of beginners, intermediates and experienced fencers to test your mettle against. I've been having one to one lessons with the instructors who have really helped me progress and every week I'm seeing the benefits. “I was impressed by how organized and informative the London Zoo is. I visited with students to do a conservation workshop, and the quality of learning was outstanding. The zoo was incredibly clean, and constructed with so much purpose and intentionality. I appreciated that many animals that require larger enclosures were not located at this property and instead out at Whipsnade, though I still found it a little jarring having a zoo in the middle of a city, with roads literally passing through the middle of it. However, we saw how much work was being done to provide support and care for the animals, and it was clear that they are intentional in all they are doing. Would definitely recommend and visit again.”

“Superb school and staff. We moved our child from our local outstanding school to Acorn after we noticed he was been left behind due to a rushing attitude on learning and some other factors. The care and attention given here has huggly improved his well being therefore a massive step towards the education. If you are thinking of joining the school go and see it for yourself. “My 4-year-old has been going to BDS for about 9 months in the Toddler class... initially I was nervous as I thought she’d enjoy it but she’d had a rocky start to Nursery with not wanting to leave me etcetc. But Judy has a way of relaxing the kids whilst keeping them focused and progressing in their dancing. R. loves her classes and friends there. My daughter did her first exam in July and took part in a show - throughout, Judy kept the children relaxed and happy about both. I was amazed that my sometimes shy child was able to perform happily and the show as a whole was fantastic.”

I love that they put heart into making the environment warm and homey; and it has a great garden space too. They truly care about getting to know your child and they care about you as a parent as well. The school has a beautiful parent & child group where my child and I met many friends. It also has a wonderful, tight-knit community within the school. They even offer parent workshops from time to time that really make us parents feel supported through different phases of our kids life. I have so much more to say but I’ll leave with this being said: the greatest gift you can give to your child is to let their imagination be encouraged and nurtured in a safe environment - and this school is it.”

“I am a 'mature' student who joined West London School of Guitar 3 years ago as a total beginner with a battered second hand electric guitar and no real idea of what I wanted to achieve. In that time, I've gone from learning simple chord progressions and melodies to playing classical pieces, learning a range of different and challenging techniques, sight reading and music theory and regular improvisation classes with other students (and acquiring a couple of new guitars en route!). We're also encouraged and given guidance to set ourselves goals on a regular basis and we work together to make these goals a reality. WLSoG wants all the students to be the best guitarists they can possibly be with an understanding of musical concepts as well as techniques. No stone is left un-turned on this route and students make great progress in a positive and friendly teaching environment. This is the best thing I've done in ages. I've grown in confidence as a guitar player and as a person - I can't recommend these classes highly enough.”
