“One of my favourite places to relax and chat with friends and family. Cozy, vintage style with lovely background music. Food is delicious and lovely locally sourced coffee. Homemade cakes make for a scrumptious treat and I can never resist taking some caramel shortbread home. 10/10 will be back.”

“The best coffee shop I've ever been to! don't bother with Starbucks or Costa go to Taylors Coffee! The price is cheaper and the coffee is not only amazing but lovely customer service too. I honestly could not fault it. Go and support this independent business you will not be disappointed.”

They were also happy to swap out a couple ingredients from the bap for me to make it veggie, but not vegan. Always a great experience here!”

“Went in not expecting anything as I was just walking down the street. What a sweet little place! Staff were incredibly friendly and the 2 bagels we had (bacon,egg, cheese & southern fried chicken bagels) were both delicious. The bacon and egg one especially was sublime and I would give it 6 stars if I could.”

“My son got married here and it was such a nice cosy place, the weather was perfect and the view is beautiful. We took lots of pictures and it was a prefect day for a wedding. Well organised, great choice of drinks and food was OK for vegetarian option. It is a nice small hall prefect for small gatherings, parties.”

“I saw this shop online and went there and try their sandwiches which were very good especially the paneer tikka sandwich which was very good and their masala chips were very great which made me remind my childhood and their chai was also very good. “We had the most amazing experience at Hayward’s this weekend. I booked the dinner and accommodation package for my husbands birthday months ago. Since booking, I have had to go on a strict diet for medical reasons. I contacted Hayward’s and they went above and beyond what I had expected by creating a fully bespoke menu for myself, meaning I didn’t miss out on anything and you would never have known the food had been adapted. My husbands food was incredible as well. The service on the night was impeccable, our glasses were never empty and little touches such as the waitress’s ensuring the tables were clean after each course did not go unnoticed. We would highly recommend visiting this family run business and we will be back for definite.”

“We came here for our annual Christmas party and had the private area downstairs to ourselves so we really felt at home. The table set up was beautiful, the staff are excellent and tended to our every need. Everything on the menu is delicious! The food is amazing here! “Went to this place for brunch over the weekend. Small cafe with very nice and kind people working there. We started with the Apollo pita. Really nice pita bread filled with Halloumi, tarragon mushrooms, salsa verde and greek fava. Very tasty, nice size portion and very fresh. We also had Strapatsada & Pastourmas with sourdough. It's basically eggs on tomato sauce, beef and feta. Comes with pieces of sourdoughbread. Such a nice dish, very comfort food. We finished with the special of the day, sourdough blueberry pancakes and chocolate sauce. Now these are really amazing pancakes, with a nice balance of sweetness and so fluffy. We also had a freddo capuccino and half a loaf of sourdough bread to go. Both very good... We paid £38 for all this so very good prices. Great place and I would recommend it 100%!”

The café offers a welcoming atmosphere with a relaxed, friendly vibe. Service was prompt and efficient, making it an ideal choice for those short on time. I ordered the Eggs Royal and a cappuccino. Both were well-prepared: the eggs perfectly poached, the hollandaise smooth and balanced, and the coffee rich and satisfying. Ohanas Café Bistro is a great find — highly recommended for its quality, service, and atmosphere.”
