The Ops Manager, Tibo, was exceptional! The care and thought put into the service provided will not be forgotten. From calling me prior to confirm my partners likes and interests, to welcoming us with a warm smile and asking about our long journey from Manchester. There is a supermarket and a Tesco near which makes it easy if you may want a late night snack or simply forgot to pack. The restaurants in the area are really nice. Mezimso food was amazing. “Have stayed here twice and have been blown away both times. Rooms are beautiful, great attention to detail with the treats in the room, everything is clean and the facilities available are fantastic. The Spa in particular was a wonderful experience, the staff are so warming and knowledgeable, and the massage was 10/10. The breakfast has a fantastic selection, proper quality ingredients and you can order cooked dishes off a menu if you wish. Will definitely be back. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave, the staff are so friendly and will look after you. Was also very useful when I had a concert at the O2 as you could just go down this long corridor that connects to the O2, so no needs to go outside!”

“Just amazing. Stopped by for breakfast coming from Bexley including a "small" English which was a good plateful by any standards, and the Tuna Priest Club was absolutely divine - the three big layers is a meal in itself and will keep you going all day. Great quality food for an absolute steal anywhere let alone the leafy south east London enclave of Hither Green. A refreshing change to too many places that take pleasure in charging you over the odds for average food. Staff are all pleasant and super efficient. Do have a stop off if you are ever passing through the area, it's also definitely worth coming out your way from anywhere surrounding, Manor Park is a lovely little oasis.”

“Really very happy with my manicure & pedicure. The nail technician, I think her name was Iwona (apologies if I’ve got that wrong) gave me an exceptional service. I’m very impressed with the nail art, it’s exactly as I wanted it (cute & subtle) and I think l she did a fantastic job. It’s not easy to be so precise but she nailed it (forgive the pun!) Aside from the expert skill, she was very sweet, polite & friendly - it was an absolute pleasure to get my nails done by her at London Grace and I left feeling really pampered :) This place is more expensive that what I’m used to paying for but it’s definitely worth it - I will come back as treat whenever I can :) Thank you!”
