“As always Hilton was fab. What really stood out about this location was the staff, don't get me wrong they're always lovely. We had our 2 yr old with us, when checking in the ladies at reception moved our room to the ground floor as lifts were being serviced when we came. So thoughtful, saved us a lot of trouble. They offered lego, crayons to colour with, and wordsearch for little one. Breakfast the team were attentive, again they saw little one and asked if we would like children cutlery and brought it out. Another staff member came over and let us know they could do waffles or pancakes for little one. We went with pancakes and he loved it! Same staff member (I'm cross with myself that I didn't get her name) when we getting ready to leave asked 'will we be seeing you for breakfast tomorrow?' We were just there for the night, she asked if we had plans for the day, my husband was taking our little one to a kids play whilst I had to go to work. Which she gave some solid recommendations on, glad she did because the place she'd said had been amazing. We were at Hilton in Bath earlier this year, this extra care from the staff didn't happen there. Again please don't misunderstand they had been lovely. But this level of care is what made my husband and I say we won't be bothering with any other hotel when we visit Northampton now. I know...long winded. But this family of 3 was very grateful and I truly wanted to convery that. Thank you!”

“I had the pleasure of experiencing Moo Hatch at our recent Sales meeting, where they provided lunch for all the staff and it was an absolute hit! The burgers they served were nothing short of amazing, leading to rave reviews from everyone in attendance. The quality of food, combined with their efficient service and the convenience of their mobile setup, made our event even more special. It’s not every day you come across a burger that can genuinely impress a diverse group of people but Moo Hatch pulled it off with ease. Highly recommend for any event or gathering where you want your guests delighted and satisfied!”

“Incredible.... Big smile on arrival from the lovely young lady that seated us. Meatballs and risotto for mains and tiramisu and cheesecake for dessert, everything was perfect, portion size was brilliant and the wine we had just made it all even better. Service was very fast, all the staff were very friendly and it was all at a very reasonable price as well, will definitely be coming back here for more!”

“I only recently discovered Ryan’s cafe and have loved it since. The staff are all so friendly ! The food is wonderful. What we got: 3 x Oreo cheesecake 3 x Biscoff cheesecake 3 x white chocolate and strawberry cream tart 3 x Ferrero Rocher Mousse domes Marks out of 10 for: Appearance: 10/10 Taste: 10/10 Price: 10/10 Everything on the menu here is handmade and tastes absolutely amazing! “Tried them for the first time on Thursday where they were located at the MK Village Pavillion. Lovely bunch of people and great food! Got the XL Chicken Gyros Box and it did not disappoint. The tzatziki was delicious too, will definitely go back again.”

“Me and my partner finished our dance lesson up the road and popped in on the off chance they were serving food past 8pm. The gentlemen I spoke to was friendly and inviting, our dog also was allowed in. The food looked lovely and tasted great! the gin cocktail I had was great. The local atmosphere was great. “Thank you so much for looking after us and our numerous guests on Saturday after we booked the upstairs room but given the heatwave we had to relocate to the outdoor area. The staff were amazing in keeping us all well "hydrated" and everyone said that they had a fab night. Highly recommend this pub for a good selection of beers/ciders and friendly atmosphere”

“Cool little local pub in the heart of the country, Staff were really friendly as were all the locals and the food (although I didn't have any) looked really good. They had a decent sized back garden and seemed like a meeting place for all of the local villagers but I didn't feel out of place or like an outsider, of your in the vicinity it's well worth popping in for a drink or a bite to eat, will deffo stop by if in the area, they do take card payments but prefer cash ❤️”

“I had never been to Althorp Coaching Inn until I was recommended their brilliant open mic event, that happens once a month in the barn. George is a brilliant and welcoming host who delivers excellent sound quality, making performing an absolute joy. It is the best of any I have been too. The staff at the bar are brilliant and the decor and atmosphere is superb. Thanks to visiting the open mic last Tuesday, I became aware of Liane Carroll performing on the Thursday and bought a ticket. I was delighted to see more events planned. I wold not have found this delightful venue were it not for the highly recommended open mic. I am looking forward to eating there next time.”

“We held my brother’s wedding celebration at The Woolpack Inn this afternoon and couldn’t have been happier with the experience. We wanted a relaxed, family-style buffet for a small wedding gathering, and it was absolutely perfect. The food was far better than we expected, plentiful, beautifully presented, and with a real touch of luxury. The service was outstanding; every member of staff was polite, attentive, and genuinely caring. Nothing was too much trouble, and every little detail was looked after. A small issue arose during the afternoon, and it was dealt with kindly and professionally, a real credit to the team. Special thanks to Dan, the manager, who was a pleasure to deal with throughout the booking process and so helpful on the day itself. We would highly recommend The Woolpack Inn for any small celebration. They helped make our family day truly special, and we’ll definitely be back soon to dine in the restaurant.”

“Great lunch. Arrived just as they opened and orderes small plates. Food came fast and hot. Excellent fish cake and calamari. Chorizo was not at all spicy with pleasing flavour. Good BBQ wings and honey whipped feta was great. No pic of the fiash because we ate it before I thought to take a photo. Great lunch sitting outside in the September sunshine”

“On a cold December day we chanced upon the Cafe. We were impressed with the very friendly staff and quick service. The place was very busy, but there plenty of willing staff on to serve. I had a sirloin baguette and Gill had a salmon bagel. Both were exceptionally tast. The price was not cheap, but fair these days I would say and if you have a good nosh that's OK by me. There is an outside area too which will be great in summer I imagine.”
