“It’s 11pm at night… 2 hours ago I had water coming through my kitchen ceiling. I called Frat because the reviews are very good. Frat stayed on the phone to me and coached me through how to get to the bottom of the problem. He did not have to do that. Just a very good bloke. So impressed. If he is that knowledgeable over the phone, I can’t imagine how good his work will be. I can’t wait to book him for our next job. Not only is he very good at what he does, he’s a very good bloke. “Steve was proactive, professional and efficient throughout the whole process of our moving home. “Wanted to surprise a friend in Chislehurst with a Birthday bottle of champagne; Chilled, of course. But none of the local supermarkets offered this option. Hitesh @ Belmont News Off License, suggested (buying and) leaving a bottle in his fridge (do some sundry shopping) and then return in 45 minutes. Bingo! When I came back he packaged the now chilled champagne to-go in a bag of ice—Sorted! Excellent. The gentleman Hitesh went over and above. 11 out of 10—Bravo, HMan!”

Staff are helpful and friendly two girls in particular Chloe/Carla always happy and making you feel welcome in the store. It is pricey for some bits and bobs but isn’t it everywhere.
