“We had a lovely one night layover at this hotel. Bee, at the desk, was extremely helpful in making sure we had the accommodations we had requested. So lovely. Even as we were waiting for confirmation she put our phone on charge. Carlos helped us with nearby options for activities. We enjoyed the chat and our room was better than expected. “I have been going here since I worked in the area and the food and cafe are some of the best I have ever had. You can get everything here. Breakfast is the best. They do pretty much anything you want. It is clean, the staff are the best people and they work so hard to provide the best customer service. I would seriously suggest that if you work in the area you should give these guys a call even if you can’t sit down. Just order for collection. They are quick and their food is so good. “We visited here for Afternoon Tea with Father Christmas. We were a large group of 10 (adults and children). The venue was beautifully decorated for the festive season. Food was delicious and offered alternatives for the vegetarians in our group. Joe Banana was the entertainer for the afternoon and he did not disappoint. The Father Christmas was very good. Plenty of activities for the children to keep them occupied. Would definitely return.”

“Location is fantastic . We decided to stay over after a visit to Lakeside and go out to the boom battle bar. The staff were all lovely from reception to the breakfast staff . Breakfast was very nice , good quality sausages and lots of cereals, pastries. Would stay here again . Basic but had everything we needed”
