I had a wonderful experience and full diagnostic from his colleague Chris who went through everything fully and explained all the workings of the heating system in a a very thorough way and made non pressurised recommendations. After I DIY diagnosed the issue as a diverter valve failure, Oz inspected the boiler and found the real issue to be a faulty thermostat. If there ever was a "leave it to the professionals" moment, it was this. I had a new Google NEST that I kept meaning to get installed so this was a sign. Oz made quick work of the installation and my central heating was back! As far as first experiences go, this was great. Cant fault Oz and I found my new go to for anything boiler related!”

He also dealt with an undiagnosed gas leak and disconnected an old gas fire. There was a lot to get though! Bodyworks R Us told me that they can repair and re spray the doors because the damage was not extensive. I appreciated the candid advice. I was concerned though if the colour could be matched to my car because my car has a pearly shine to it.
