“We had a first class experience with Jethin as soon as we arrived at the showroom. He listened carefully to our requirements, did not try and hard sell anything and guided us through our purchase. Within one hour we had secured a really good deal, and within 2 weeks we were able to collect our car. On collection day, the receptionist showed us to the comfortable seating area and encouraged us to use the coffee/tea machine whilst we waited. Crown showed me the price of all the parts from Honda direct, and charged a really fair amount for labour!
