“I don’t live near Romford, but anytime I’m passing by or in the area I come to Aguona mainly for the snacks because they are so good!! The staff in here are amazing and they were the ones who recommended some of the best snacks to eat especially the gusto puffs (they are really addictive). Price wise; affordable for border London and a quick pit stop to buy whatever you need. The owner and the workers deserve a high praise for this supermarket, keep up the good work ❤️”

“Absolutely loved the atmosphere! We got a warm welcome from the manager, and our lovely waitress made the whole experience even better. The food was amazing—beautifully presented and full of flavor. I had the chicken liver to start, followed by lamb chops and ribs. The liver was super tasty, and the chops were so tender they just melted in my mouth. My sister ordered a salad and a few other things—loved the little butterfly on the salad! Great service all around. Will definitely be back!”

Our Server Tom, the Manager is a wonderful guy, very knowledgeable and friendly, my partner is lactose intolerant and they have a clever system in place to help with our dietary requirements. “One of the best Turkish takeaways that I’ve had. Juicy pieces of meat with salad, sauce and it’s breads. Huge portions so you don’t need to worry about lunch the next day! My friend had the double gut buster (what a name!) which consists of two quarter pounder patties and a generous amount of lamb doner strips. PS this place only takes cash but there is a Tesco a few minutes away from the shop.”
