“A huge shout out to Dave at B & D Tyres, Collier Row. I've been a customer of theirs for decades but today has probably been the best customer service I have received to date. My car needed a couple of bits sorted for it's M.O.T and armed with pictures, took it to a garage someone pointed me in the direction of. Without even looking at the pictures I took, they tried telling me I needed a complete new part, when all I needed was a clip. The guy was pushy & constantly cutting me off when I tried to speak. I said I'd let him know & headed to B & D for a new tyre. We got chatting and I showed Dave the pictures. He agreed that the garage was talking pony. He said if I left the car with him for a bit, he'd sort it & give me a call. An hour later, he rang and said it was all done. Not only did Dave & his team sort everything, they had then driven the car back to the test centre for it's retest and sorted that too. I was speechless. Dave made my day. He didn't need to do all that, that's not his job but I tell you what, that level of service is exactly WHY I have been a customer of theirs for decades. THANKYOU B & D! And thank YOU, Dave!”

He was cheaper than any of the other quotes I was given by local garages and it was much more convenient to me for him to pick up and return the car. “I have been with Autoaid Breakdown since 2018 after seeing a very good promotional offer of 15 months for the price of 12 months. I have been a member of AA, RAC, Greenflag and others since I started driving in 1997. Each one has let me down once or twice which is bad enough but they also keep increasing their prices! I needed assistance recently and Autoaid were absolutely fabulous from start to finish! I was kept updated on the progress of the recovery vehicle ETA and when they arrived (bang on time), the lad was very helpful, kept me informed about what was going on and was polite, friendly and professional! I look forward to renewing and by the way, this year I actually paid £5 less than last year!”
