The staff were welcoming and friendly and respectful and I was pleasantly surprised that we had a 90 minute appointment- this is an incredible chance for staff to really have time to assess, listen, observe etc. We saw Rhys in the OT department who was excellent. He explained things clearly and made excellent suggestions to help my son and me to deal with the issues that brought us there. He was very clear about a plan moving forward. Dr. Arin Ismail, Dr. Nahida Farhood, Dr. Amar Mann and Dr. V Dhir all of them whom I met are very very gentle.
