“Very rarely is the service anything other than quick. Friendly staff. Stock levels are usually very good here. It depends what you're after but out of around 20 visits I've only needed to order for next day collection in store once.”

“Great hotel for stop over if traveling to ferries Eurostar. Always good for great staff and although yes it is old building so I don’t expect top notch rooms but they are kept spotless. Lots of free parking but remember to register when you arrive. They don’t do food or drink here but there is a bar next door that does and Nell’s cafe up road for amazing American themed breakfast”

“Really great experience so far, was displaced from our accommodation due to works and Kate was super helpful and understanding. Genuinely made us feel at ease having to shift our whole accommodation so late in the evening! Great rooms and great hygiene!”

“We came for the Christmas doggy afternoon tea and it did not disappoint. Each dog had their own tower of homemade goodies and even a toy each. The offerings for the humans was delicious. The service was great and the atmosphere was delightful. Definitely recommend”

I have had my haircut with Michael at Allen’s Barbershop since it opened & will continue to do so. Nice place to be, good atmosphere & very clean. Highly recommend booking an appointment with Michael, minimal to no delays in getting on the chair, always seem to be on time and efficient. The new booking system now makes it easy to book an appointment.”

“Have you ever had that one person who's 9/10 been right about near enough everything BUT you never really ask or goto them for advice.... This is that person! Honest and genuine staff, aftermarket goods are alot more genuine than eBay, and the prices are totally acceptable to the quality AND services within the store. A must try BUT the parking is a bit tricky unless you Google maps first :)”

“Had an appointment today at the Perry Street branch to have a filling sorted. I am a nervous person, but as soon as I come in Reena and Tracey on Reception are so friendly and approachable that I start to calm. I had an appointment with Laven who has a very calming presence, is understanding and patient when I asked questions. Very good experience”

“I needed an emergency appointment for a toothache and rang the surgery at approx 2pm. They managed to get me an appointment for 2.40pm with Lauren. The tooth needed to be extracted and Lauren was absolutely brilliant! She was very calming, explained the procedure in detail and carried out the extraction very efficiently. Couldn’t ask for more!”

“We stopped off here whilst travelling to Kent. I found the pub by searching dog friendly pubs on Google. We didn't book, we arrived on a busy Saturday lunchtime, and they had a table for me, my husband, and 2 dogs. The food was delicious! we both had burgers. Would definitely visit again if I was travelling past.”

“For work purposes, I've stayed on and off at this hotel for 28 years. Always found the staff to be extremely friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotlessly clean and beds and bedding very comfortable. Food has never been anything but good and there's never been a problem pre-ordering whilst I visit the small gym. Access to the hotel is easy from the A2 but road noise is minimal and there's plenty of parking. My go to hotel when I'm working in this area - far better than a identikit chain.”
