“My little one and I have just completed the Baby Development course run by Frances. As a new mum it's quite nerve-wracking trying a baby sensory class wondering whether it's the right one for you and your baby, and having tried a few it's safe to say that we have found the perfect class for me and my baby. The classes have been quite small and intimate which has allowed us to get to know Frances well, as well as interact with other new mums. She is really invested in all the babies and parents that attend her session. We love her sessions, have learnt baby massage skills which I still use on my baby every evening as part of his bed time routine as well as some of the sign language and songs. We can't wait for discovery tots which is the next level up from baby development.”

“I’ve had conversations on the phone and in person with a number of different staff since my daughter has started full time in Nov 2024. I have been really impressed with them all and the quality of communication I’ve received. It’s always so hard leaving your baby with strangers and I speak from experience of 3 different well-established nurseries (2 of which were rated Outstanding by Ofsted) that my elder child had been at. The experience so far with Boys & Girls Croxley has been really good. The updates via the Blossom app are prompt throughout the day helping me keep up with my daughter’s experience and reassuring me about her wellbeing. The photos and well thought-out daily activities cover a real breadth of topics and developmental opportunities and I’m seeing the positive changes in her as a result. When she has been unfortunate enough to have little accidents or difficulty falling asleep or being upset, the staff have kept me informed and personalised their response to her by calling and making me aware of all the things they have tried and asking if there is anything else they might be able to do to help her feel more comfortable. She has settled in really well and I would highly recommend this nursery to Others based on my experience so far.”

“Sumeet’s dance academy is a superb place to learn bollywood dance from highly skilled teachers amidst loads of fun! Each term has new songs and new choreography, which keeps the classes very exciting. And the shows at the end of summer and winter terms offer a perfect opportunity for the students to groove on stage and showcase their dance to friends and family!”

The staff is very kind and caring and most of them have been around for many years which is great as a lot of nurseries nearby have a high staff turnover. “My son went to PlayDays nursery and Ms Kerry and her team have took care of him really well for the last 6 months. My son joined the nursery when he was around 8 months old, with the team doing a home visit to introduce themselves to my son and performed a detailed profiling of his likes and dislikes and daily routine. During the first day of the settling I still remember that the key teacher started to introduce him to the new friends and toys and gradually make him feel more comfortable. The settling sessions were really good to slowly step up with the hours per day, which helps with the separation anxiety for first time parents. My son started off crying whenever we dropped him off and slowly he progressed to waving bye to me after a couple of weeks, which gave me the comfort that he’s enjoying himself there. The staffs were really enthusiastic and seems very passionate about giving the best they could for the babies. They take them out for walks, create art pieces with them, did lots of fun play, take lots of photos and share with us about their growth, they hand write daily journals and note down all the big moments that we may have missed and keep us updated everyday about the fun they had. There are of course days that my son is unwell and they really put in the effort to take extra care and follow our instructions to them closely and give us timely feedback. We truly appreciate all the work that they done for us!”

“Really happy with the way my daighter Isabelle developed in all aspects. She made friends, she loves her teachers. The reception and management is also great, responsive and they don t put money first but the child wellbeing. Adapting easily to child needs and always provide a daily report. Very transparent and professional. Food is also great, many healthy and diverse choices, also i love the fact there are many events, we as parents take part too ( stay and play, macmillan breakfast etc) . Thank you team”

“I’ve been going to AYB for over a year and it’s by far the best dance studio I’ve been to. The teachers are supportive, patient and really cares for those that want to build their dance techniques and skills. Not only that, they also make it a safe space for the community to go and shake a stressful day away and escape from reality for an hour or two. And to top it off, the people that go here are so friendly and give off such a great vibe and make you feel like you’re not alone. I’ve met some really nice people here and made some friends along the way. Forever grateful for the teachers and the community at AYB ”

“My child has been attending this nursery for just over 2 years and has moved from the baby room all the way up to preschool. The nursery space is well organized giving kids enough room to have different activities and is much roomier than other nurseries I’ve seen. The menu has enough variety to allow kids to get used to different cuisines. Most importantly, the staff that work here really love their jobs and genuinely care for the kids. They have taken on board any special request I have had from bottle feeding changes, dropping a dummy all the way to massively contributing to successful potty training. Its always a worry when leaving your child somewhere and as a parent you can always find something to worry about but I honestly get the impression they have my child’s best interests at heart always, for me, irrespective of how well the nursery is run it’s the people that make this place feel like an extended family and gives me the confidence that this is the best place for my child. We have also worked closely with the SEN co-ordinator who has been fantastic at making sure my child was referred where needed and gets the support required. I would highly recommend this nursery.”

“Gymboree has helped a lot in improving my son’s social skill, and he enjoys so much in playing with the staff and other kids. “We have been going to Gymboree Sevenoaks for the past 2 years. It is a fantastic place and the staff make you and the children feel at ease very quickly. The activities are well prepared and thought through. There is a variety of activities and every week there is a different theme. We have seen a notable improvement in our little ones' development. We also recently decided to organise a bday party. We are EXTREMELY happy we made this choice. I don't think we could have chosen a better place and staff. “We have nearly four years experience with Archway Children's Centre (our one year old is in the Baby room and our four year old - at the nursery since she was 10 months old - is now in the Pre-School room). We only have positive things to say and frequently thank our lucky stars such high quality childcare was available to us. The facilities are fantastic but more importantly, the management and staff are amazing. Warm and respectful of each other and the children, but also extremely professional. They combine care, attention and affection for the children with remarkably creative ideas for educating and entertaining them. Our children love it and we feel they are in the best hands.”

“My daughter has been at The Pickford since she was 9 months old and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! All of the staff have been fantastic and my daughter loves going to nursery. They’ve helped my husband and I as first time parents to understand the different milestones, set realistic goals and handle dealing with tantrums! The nursery has such a wonderful family feel to it and has helped my daughter gain skills, confidence and make fantastic friends (with the other children and staff!). “This Busy Bees is absolutely outstanding. Our kids are so, so happy when they go and their development has been clear for everyone to see. The communication from the nursery is brilliant, even on weekends and out of hours and we firmly believe that they care for our children really well. “My daughter has been at garden house for 18 months and has had a wonderful experience. From the moment she arrived she felt safe and loved going there. Some of her first words were her key workers who have all been amazing. “My son has been going to tumbletots for roughly a year now and he still looks forward to it all week! The sessions are really varied so he never gets bored and he has learnt so much about movement, balance, coordination and problem solving. Sarah and the team are very experienced and so the children are able to take risks and be daring on the apparatus and balance beams in a truly safe, controlled environment. The sessions feel really child-led and the instructors praise creativity, allowing the children to make their way around the equipment in the way that feels natural to them. I have really seen my son’s confidence and personality grow from these sessions and wish I had signed up my older one when he was at the same age! Highly recommend :)”

“I toured ten nurseries before I found FRS Kindergarten and knew I didn’t need to look anywhere else. The teachers are so caring and responsive to children’s needs and interests. Just in the past week, activities have included building airports and going on ‘holiday’ with friends/relatives from Uganda, Hong Kong, Russia, South Africa talking to them on zoom or in the huge nursery garden about their home towns around the world, plus the children have been cooking dishes from around the world , learning music, and sports. It’s a Jewish nursery but not exclusively so and the families come from a huge range of backgrounds and locations. It’s small, nurturing, very outdoorsy, super covid safe, which we as a family were particularly worried about. The nursery accepts children from 2 and I couldn’t recommend it more! My two eldest have been and currently attend and my baby will as soon as she’s old enough!”
